its bretty good if u never tried it. i thought it would taste weird af at first, but it adds a really rich flavor that matches super well. also you are meant to softboil it so the yolk is a lot more runny than in op's pic, which mixes in with the broth and makes it taste even better

Actually, I would agree with the commenters. The thin belly-side meat from the fillets has been cooked until dry, and then burnt. The thicker section of the fillet is blackened, but this probably just the marinade and some degree of surface char, without the meat itself being burnt.

No you're right. Poultry products seem more likely to get the "warmed-over flavor" that makes them taste off compared to pork, so it's pretty much always going to taste old and worse than pork.

i've only made pizza dough from scratch a couple of times but
>flour (like a lb), yeast, salt
>milk, olive oil
>mix, knead for 10 mins
> leave bowl covered with damp table cloth for 2 hours
>knock back
>leave for another 30 mins/hour
>make bases
>passata
>mozerrella (make sure its dried out enough if fresh, otherwise you get a wet pizza)
>oven for like 10 mins

tbsp sugar
tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp: black pepper, basil, oregano, marjoram, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder

cook on low heat while stirring until it reaches desired consistency.
