Just find out who owns the hospital - itll either be private or part of a larger healthcare system. If its private call the hospitals number and complain. If its owned by a corporate system call them, which is even better, because not only will that nurse get btfo, but the whole department will get blasted by a raging shitstorm of fury that the corporate bigwigs rain down on them.

Either way it will lead to the nurse being drug tested. She will probably fail, since shes discussing drugs on the phone. If she fails she will lose her job and her certification and all she worked for. If she doesnt, at least they will crack down on her for being on her phone.

Most law enforcement agencies don't require you to have a degree for the sworn officer roles.

If you're going for SWAT you won't need the degree for sure. You'll need to be in superior and mental peak fitness though for when it comes around to applying for that specialist role.

That said, if you want a long term career in Law Enforcement and want to reach middle or upper middle management leadership roles the degree would be nearly essential as a backbone and ideally even postgraduate study for the upper leadership roles as well.
