I was wondering the same. After a long break, I came back to 4chan, and everyone was pretending to be a Christian. Like, as if a fucking Christian would BE on /b/. How god damn stupid do you roleplayers think I am?

You have a mental illness, tell your doctor these feelings.

^ I would start with talking to a doctor as well, to see if there is anything that they can do for you. You sound like you've got at least some form of anxiety, and there's a lot of different things that can help with that. "Consider your options" and all that.
You're also a little bit unclear, so forgive me if I'm wrong, although it does seem you've typed a little frantically here.
I've had problems with similar-sounding things in the past, and one thing that helped me to overcome them is learning meditation/self-awareness.
Listening to old Alan Watts lectures helps me when I need a little grounding as well, but that might just be an idiosyncrasy on my part.
"Let go or be dragged" is how it goes a lot of the time. Things break and things grow.
Inner peace is not guaranteed to be permanent, and will only come with practice and time.

you do not understand all, your brain just can not. For the simple fact nothing is truly what it appears to be.
all that aside. meditate, clear your mind and focus on your breath while taking deep breaths and you will learn to clear your mind. this wont come instantly but it will come if your persistent. don't try and block thoughts out, just let them pass without judgement.
