Is it possible to use some form of sympathetic magick, without ritual, to effect combat performance?

Suppose I were in a martial arts competition. Would I be able to inflict feelings of doubt or fear on my opponent using some kind of magick? Would I be able to make them feel physically sick or weak so that their performance would suffer?
I'm not looking for "chi blasts" or anything like that. Is this kind of thing possible?

I'm a meditation novice with some experience in vipassana. I'm wondering what kind of changes/benefits are actually possible and realistic with meditation. Can meditation lower anxiety and cn it really make you lose your sense of seperateness? If so, can't that actually be somewhat scary or unnerving? What is /x/'s experience with meditation?

/x/ I had a bad premonition last night in which I was told I would die after 30 days so the end of December. I'm not exactly scared or even worried but I have had these in the past that did come true.

The worst premonition I had was about a week before 9/11; I was in a large bathroom in a tall building, the roof was torn off and everything was on fire, screaming, panic and chaos.

I am also very prone to synchronicity and other psychic phenomenon. Certain information has recently been revealed to me and has me rather confused, things relating to the occult, satanism, nazism and possibly the future. When I was a young child a woman once told me that I would live to see the apocalypse and the return of the Messiah, I am a rather skeptical person I don't necessarily believe it.

There are worrying signs though that a climactic event is approaching at speed. I have had other extreme mystical experiences that began after 2012. I was in a trance around 2013 in this trance Gnostic knowledge was revealed to me, there was a woman present, she touched me with her index finger on the forehead where the ajna chakra or third eye is located, my trance came to an abrupt end I was highly annoyed although I think she 'knew', I am also not 100% sure that person was human.

I would like to talk more about this if you are interested.

Hey /x/, I need some help.

I've suffered with anxiety and other mental health problems for quite some time now and I've had about all I can take. Im very tired of people telling me to pray about it.. or that they'll pray for me. It never makes an ounce of difference and I'm looking for different answers.

Is there anything occult related that can help my mental state become more tolerable? A spell to perform? Anything?

Im done sitting around asking God to help me and I want to take matters into my own hands.

My good friend told me about the time she went to a fortune teller in Long Island. She went in sat down and then the psychic told her that she will not tell her what she sees, she wouldn't tell her own daughter what she saw, and then told her to leave and not to go to a psychic again. So 4chan.....what creepy stuff have you been told? bonus points if it has happened already
