so with synchronicity, why is it only he little things that happen and never the big things?
>>17026816
Lots of little things add up to bigger things. Same as there is no one great HAPPENING, but many smaller happenings falling like dominoes.
>>17026826
thank you

You're welcome
So it's generally accepted that Philip K. Dick did in fact experience a theophany, right?

Be Singaporean taxi driver
On night duty, driving down quiet road
Lady in red night gown hails can
Cab stops to pick up the passenger
Cab driver asks destination
Woman states a block of flats
Driver reaches destination, sees ongoing funeral
Funeral photo is of passenger
Driver turns to the passenger
Passenger gone

i'm an english teacher in Vietnam. i often ask my students for ghost stories. several different students have had male relatives encounter a girl in white shirt (funeral costume) w/long black hair hanging out in a famous park in Saigon that used to be a cemetery
it's not a famous story or anything, just several Saigonese students independently corroborated it
also the land for the first McDonalds built in Saigon is famously haunted by the ghosts of a bunch of street children
I was visiting my dying grandfather in Moldova, taking the train from Romania.
At night I couldn't sleep, I was just laying there looking out the window. I seen the reflection of a white as a corpse, bald man in a black leather vest with chains hanging off, standing with his back to the cabin. It looked like he was standing in the hallway between the cabins, but I looked out multiple times, and walked around and didn't see anything, but the reflection stayed.
I started cursing at him in my head, and he slowly turned to face me. His face had a nose but no eyes or mouth, or maybe they were just covered by shadow (light was shitty in those century old trains).
I immediately closed my eyes and fell asleep. Woke up the next day with the worst fever of my life that lasted my whole stay.
Now that I think of it he looked kinda like a featureless Lord Valdemort from the Harry Potter films, or slender man in bikers clothing. Note this was before I knew about slenderman or Valdemort (back in 2006? Maybe)
Never seen him again and I'm beginning to doubt it ever happened but shit I remember seeing something.

Oh shit didn't see the subject, sorry.
So I am attending college, and you often find time to listen to whatever during travel times, studying, and other class activities. I was wondering if /x/ had any good recommendations besides pic related? It's currently the main one I listen to (other than The Generation Why podcast occasionally when they have a good topic). I'm looking for something possibly with interviews, but also they don't go out of there way to disprove whoever or whatever they're discussing. I wasn't able to get into "Stuff They Don't Want You to Know," after they changed from their original 5 minute 2spooky format so that's not viable.
Looking for your help on this.
Try the unexplained with howard huges.
The presenter is a professional radio journalist si when he gets good guests you can have some very good shows. Good voice too.
Can be a little hit or miss though

I'm doing my own homegrown /x/ thing if you feel like something amateur once in a while. In my most recent episode I got reviewbrah to reply to some /x/ questions:

Joe Rogan occasionally has paranormal related guests on as well of course.
Joe w/ Graham Hancock more recently:

And he had some bigfoot researchers on at some point but I can't find that at the moment.

Only ones on Editor's thread not listed (that I can think of) are Expanded Perspectives and MothDan's podcast on his YT channel. Check em out.

>>17023249
Trying to kill a Greater Demon.
>>17023253
Cool, so what's the story?
I tried to kill Winter-chan once.
It's over with tulpa/wendigo/goatman threads. We need to bring /x to it's old form.
In old slavic culture, greater celandine(in polish "jaskółcze ziele" - swallow herb) was magical herb, which was responsible for visions. In theory you are supposed to get a wooden bowl, put greater celandine, garlic and rozkownik and then grind them in mortar. After that add a couple drops of your blood and after that burn it all. You have to inhale with smoke.
Note: Visions are stronger and clearer during a night.
>also general old ritual thread
I'm interested, have you tried this? What type of visions are we talking about?
>>17023221
i am currently looking a place to buy/harvest roskownik becouse rozkownik is myth herb and it is a old name of some plant. Visions are supposed to help you connect to gods, dead family or your future, it depends from your intention.
>>17023186
Bump for interest
I'm a struggling philosophy student and film director wannabe who desperately needs to go apeshit for the sake of art. As such, how do I make my tulpa?
Any /x/-made guide to help me make my own metaphysical waifu who will eventually go rogue soon or later and fuck my shit up?
>>17023078
Have you ever made an imaginary friend? It's the same just that now you give it a made up name to justify your mental illness
>>17023082
>Have you ever made an imaginary friend?
Nope, and imaginary friends don't seem to get as wicked as some tulpa stories out there. Plus, while I'm not much into developmental psychology, I don't think having an imaginary friend as a kid is a state of hallucination, unlike tulpas.

I've heard enough about nukes and terrorists, personally. Like these shows for other things.

Shills get the fuck out
Hey /x, i actually dont ever come to this board but today i've really saw a fairy or something, when i was driving back home in methuen, MA
4 - 5 blocks from my house i did stop in a crossroad and then i saw one little fairy flying right my windshield, looking at me for like 2 seconds while i was in shock and then flying away.
i dont smoke nor even drink, and actually never ever enter in this board, admins can check my ip and everthing, but im just terrified from that.
she wasen't cute at all, like a little thing with no smile and a really hard face on.
just wanted to share this and people who know more could help me telling what i actually saw was a fairy or something.. is it good or bad.. etc.
ps sorry for my bad english, not my main language and also im writing this in a freaking rush
>>17028572
Bad no doubt. The Lord can help you.
>>17028580
im serious dude, i never believed in shit til this night..
im so freaking terrified
I'm sorry, but I have a hard time picturing A Good Neighbor flying around cars in a roadway.
I have a stupid problem and I feel very stupid for asking, but I'm at a loss on what to do.
I feel an interesting pull towards both the Norse religion and the standard Christian one. My mind keeps pulling me towards one and then the other, and then back and forth. Both are of my ancestors, yet I cannot figure out which one to follow. What can I do here in order to decide?
I can't follow both, so what do I do? I've meditated, I've asked for guidance, I've talked about it with family (who are Christian and slightly make fun of me for the Norse thing), and I've come up empty.
>>17026195
christianity isn't bad, but tradfags are fucking gay so go with norse paganism
>and slightly make fun of me for the Norse thing
And rightly so.
>>17026195
You're afraid of going against God.
Their religion does a great job albeit primitive one of brainwashing people.
What's the most creepy/disturbing thing you've seen online /x/?
You can also tell about movies
Me in a photo.
I've seen lots of shit .
>Rob Dwyer's suicide video
>3 Guys 1 Hammer
What the fuck is that /x/ ? Some people say it's a wire but I don't know how a wire can shake THREE cars at the same time.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJwLKDu2Pj8
Have some kid show you how to use the catalog: >>17015484
>>17015590
There was a video where a car got flipped on its back by a low-hanging wire in some shithole like Belarus or Ukraine, it's not surprising it would happen in a subhuman shithole like China as well, where human life is worth less than a proper electrical setup.
>>17015590
No theories, but all cars fall at the same time.
Kinda interesting.
Does anyone have any idea of how this person died? Her name was Elisa Lam, she was found dead in a water tank on top of a hotel roof. Also there was something fishy going on with her in an elevator before her death. Here's the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TjVBpyTeZM

The wiki link for those who need more information

This is crazy. I've literally never heard of this before now.
might as well make an elisa lam general at this point because there is always a thread about this whenever i go here
