I always thought spoopy stuff SHOULD happen down there but... nah nothing.
Please explain to me the observer effect /x/. I've seen it used to imply consciousness begets reality but I've also heard that this is not what the observer effect implies at all.

The observer effect is more understandable in psychological term. If you know you're being watched, you behave differently.
There's no magic, it's simple logic when you wrap your head around it.

This guy is called JD Casten, and I found him through his writing on philosophy. His Facebook page seems a bit nutty, responding to his own posts, being willingly celibate, and having some creepy waifu dolls, but regardless, his writing is great.
I didn't really expect to see a bunch of conspiracy related stuff when I checked out his website. He claims that the US government implanted a 'two-way mind radio' into his brain against his will after waking up.
I'd usually disregard stuff like this as fiction, but he's documented a lot of his research.

I experience sleep paralysis somewhat regularly. I didn't know that it had an actual medical definition until recently. I would feel the evil presence in the room and I always associated it with a burglar, always too terrified to look. Last summer I fell asleep on my porch swing in the middle of the day and had an episode. This time, I opened my eyes and saw something very similar to the creature in this painting. It was perched on the porch ledge and then it hopped off. I googled my experience and discovered the sleep paralysis phenomenon and then this painting from 1781. I had never seen it before then. Anyone else see this or something similar?

I get nightmares every single day and sometimes my bed literally shakes or my air fan will turn off on its own. the fan is new, the button is off like if someone turned it off.
every night i also feel something in the room, something wakes me. Sometimes I wake up with weird injuries like scratches in my feet or in my back where my hands cant reach.
The thing is when I am awake at night nothing happens, everything is quiet and peaceful. It almost feels like the entity doesn't like being alone at night or wants company (As weird as this sounds) I also realized that if i leave the light on the thing cant bother me (but sleeping with the light on is shitty) if I leave the TV on it also cant bother me. but I hate doing both

So Ive been doing research on summoning demons and I've been doing everything right but have only experienced minor events such as hearing voices and feeling something grab my shoulder while playing the auija board. It turns out demons like sacrifices from what I've read. It just so turns out my ancestors were Spartans and we have a helmet sitting in our front room. Would destroying this helmet please the demon and potentially give me a experience worth remembering or is there a better way? I really would rather not but I'm desperate right now. Anybody with experience with this sort of thing would be great.
