Spooky stuff you've witnessed?
I've got a couple to get the ball rolling, post anything weird you've experienced.
First one.
About 6 years ago I was at a party with a few friends. About 2:30 am I decided to head home so I jumped on a bus, I'd had a few drinks but I was still pretty sober at this point. About a mile from my stop there's a big crossroad, even at 2 in the morning it's still relatively busy as there are food places, a taxi rank and some bus stops. Anyway as our bus stops I notice a guy waiting at a taxi rank staring at the bus. I can't explain why but I felt really uneasy looking at him, he was about 6ft tall dark slicked back hair and it felt like he was staring right at me, after a few seconds I looked away to check my phone and when I looked back out the window he was gone. I felt pretty relieved believing that my mind was playing tricks on me until the girl in the seat behind me asked her boyfriend if she saw "where that weird guy at the taxi rank went" when I got off the bus I felt completely exposed and an overcoming feeling of dread, I sprinted home and licked up the house, he was probably just some weird guy but I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life.
Sorry about pic I'm on my phone.

Second one. A bit more recent .
Near where I live is a well known park where king Henry viii had a palace (known as nonsuch park) this place is quite known for its ghost stories and strange goings on.
Anyway, me and my friend used to like taking his dog for late night walks, we'd go to the park at about 10:30 pm 3 or 4 times a week, we'd seen and heard some strange stuff before (people yelling from strange places, strange stuff falling from trees etc) but as we were about halfway throughout walk, three-headed an enormous flash of blue light. It looked like it came from the centre of the park and lasted about 3 seconds, we were both pretty spooked so decided to cut the walk short, about 3 minutes later we start hearing a humming sound that gradually started getting louder, eventually it got so loud we freaked out and started to run, we made it back to his pickup and drove home, when we got back we realised the back was filled with soil.
Not really that spooky but weird as fuck.
>wake up
>push self up and look down at bed
>clear as day looking right through the bed i can see my weed stash box
>track it as i hop off bed
>it's sitting exactly where i saw it
>weed stash box has Pegasus from Yugioh on it
>mfw millennium eye
some shit just happend right now, i am in southern alberta near the mountains not far from the border. I was getting ready to go to bed and i went into the kitchen to grab a glass of water. i looked out the window in front of the sink and i seen this kinda bright light off in the distance above a community or it might have been in the mountains but it was kinda high above everything. i was trying to look at it better cuz the trees were blowing then as i am looking at it it slowly started to fade into nothing.
if i was to describe it, it was like kinda like an oval or more squared shape maybe like this:
______
/_______\
and it was glowing a golden almost orange color. it sat stationary and didn't move but it was pretty bright. I thought it might have been the sun in the clouds but the sun doesn't come up for another hour maybe 40 minutes. but yeah, that's some shit. iduno what to think
Does anyone know the back story? These videos appear to have a deceased body wrapped up in a garbage bag, named "daisy"?

How would you feel about aliens masquerading as humans amongst us /x/?
And what if i told you i've seen an alien in a blacked out car with neon orange eyes that disappeared with the cabin lights in the car turning on to reveal a man at the steering wheel followed by a small white flash in the sky.
The two orange oval eyes moved around in sync at me and they felt like a face.
>>17824829
I'd say this is a shitty attempt at role playing.
>>17824830
Well if you mean the alien was role playing to be an alien then its even creepier.
>>17824829
I'd be accepting of it. I'd probably understand them better than most people
hey everyone
ive been thinking about whether i should try out some rituals/games involving the paranormal (eg. ouija boards or tulpa making) and wondering if anyone here has some recommendations or warnings regarding these rituals (can be about any).
also; is one man hide-and-seek really as bad as people say it is? seems to be based more in paranoia than actual reality
>>17824536
don't do et op. I did once and my penis fell of the next day.
>>17824585
well fucking rip any hopes of having a fuckinjg discussion
Going on a trip with my girlfriend who is terrified of ghosts for some dumb fucking reason. Gonna visit some haunted areas to freak her out. Anyway, road tripping along the coast from Seattle to Portland, anyone know any creepy destinations between there and Spokane?
How is a 5 hour drive a road trip?
>>17824413
It is a trip taking place on a road. Are you brain dead?
>>17824403
Try a public restroom...
Maybe just throw her in the women's stalls and lock the door.

Anyone been on the Haunted Walk in Toronto? I have been to the one in Kingston and Ottawa and those were pretty good but is the one in Toronto any good? I just bought tickets to go in week or so. Anyone have any paranormal encounters while on the walk?
No paranormal encounters, but it was pretty cool. More of a historical walk, I feel. I'm booking one in distillery later this summer, so if that's any indication (I'm assuming you just mean the one over by Front St.)
I did the one in Burlington last summer with my girlfriend, and they were more adament about making it a ghost walk and not a historical walk. Also cool, different vibe. Had us knock on a church door and listen for knocks back and all that kinda stuff. Would recommend, if you feel like driving a little further.
We have a suspicious photo taken from that walk—hands we don't recognize coming out of an alleyway that is supposedly haunted by an 1812 draftee. Could be nothing, but it was spooky when we spotted it on the drive home. If I can get my girlfriend to send me the photo before this thread dies, I'll post it.
Was Kingston's good? I lived in the city for a year and never got a chance to check it out.
>>17824334
The Kingston one was really good. I did it when I was younger so I don't remember it all. I had what I believe to be an encounter. So my dad and I went to this bookstore before the walk. We actually didn't know it was on the walk to be honest. We go upstairs in the bookstore and we are looking around and a book falls on the ground. Mind you we are the only ones here. Temperature drops and it actually gets chilly(mind you this is on a hot august day and we couldn't here an air conditioner.) Weird things continue for the next five minutes (floor creaking like someone is walking when us and store clerk are the only ones, more books fall shit like that) Later that night we stop in front of the bookstore and are told a story about a big fire that happened here and how the one person to die was a child who was abandoned and trapped in the upstairs. My dad and I look at each other and shit our pants.
>>17824246
I did the Ottawa one a few years back and I experienced just a "heavy" feeling while walking through the jail.
So, what the fuck is that /x/

It's fucking huge
its an underwater lava flow
Another worthless thread
I know it's late but I haven't been on x in a long ass time, but what did x think of this movie? I just finished it and loved the shit out of it.
The "OST" is one of the best I heard in ages, I really liked it too
Plebs hate it.
>>17823884
That and the acting was great too. No forced jump scares and the witch in the woods was fucking hot. The main girl was cute as fuck too and the ending left me sad.
I was charging my tablet and I went to snapchat and I unplugged the charger and when I did this photo popped up. I quickly screenshotted it and I looked closer at the patterns and figures. I saw multiple things that looked like numbers. Just a glitch or what is it?

WOW O SHIT
Is it still like this?
I could ask you if you have ever been lost, but as we push ourselves through branches and mud and see that they never end in this forest, we realize that we are stuck, stuck in something. . .
Might I make you aware, you are not lost in the present, you are stuck in the past.
I tell you that you must recognize were it is you dwell, and accept you have been here before.
Now I tell you, in order to leave this plane, to leave the past were it was, you must tell yourself these words.
"I wish to move forward"
Now step forward, do not look back, remembering your childhood is alright, but do not fall inwards again and move onward, spread your wings, and fly.
>>17823718
That is wonderful advice. Most people "live" in the past and that's not truly living.
>>17823718
gonna need a source on that image
>tfw PTSD & this bullshit is exactly what every uneducated shmuck produces after hearing 'i was violently assaulted and traumatized'
>'just get over it! look towards the future, not the past! :^)))'
you are either terribly naive or an idiot, OP.
I live in Lewisberry, PA near Harrisburg. Are there any haunted places near me?
>>17823701
hey PA anon,
SW here, not far from Pittsburgh. I don't know of haunted places there, but I thought I'd post, give you a bump for interest. (If it doesn't take off, maybe just do a Haunted Pennsylvania thread. (you can also look for /x/ archives of haunted PA threads.)
Have you seen these books?

They have some by region available as well.

Where are some good areas to hunt for cryptids in WA? I'd like locations preferably on the west side, since that's where a lot of this stuff is supposedly.
>>17823415
The national forests of Mason county are good, my personal favorites are on Sultan-Basin road in Sultan, and old miller's house in Snohomish. I've seen stuff in those woods that scare me..
>>17823603
Like what?
>>17823629
Hearing voices and "people" chasing me in the woods, stumbled on remains, cemeteries in the middle of the woods, ghosts
