Does anyone have links to weird or creepy Emergency Alert System broadcasts? Even the weekly tests scared the living shit out of me when I was younger and I'd scramble to shut off the TV whenever I saw one come up.
I've already seen the Local 58 fake ones.

Watch them in chronological order. There's an ongoing metaplot through all this guy's videos, and it'll make a little more sense if you watch them in order.
i really hope he makes more of the local 58 ones
So I will tell you a true scary story that happened to me, so I studied psychology and when I had to do my social service, I went to a childcare foster care home, ran by the local authorities (the goverment, you know that shit), suffice to say I live in one of the most corrupt countries in the world, I witnessed the most attrocious and vile things done to children, muttilated genitalia, disease/famine due to negligence, all sorts of sexual, psychological and physical abuse, Like a woman, she had a baby, the father abandoned her, she had another boyfriend, this boyfriend didn't like the baby at all, he used her as a human ashtray, literally, he hit her with a copper cable when she cried at night, almost kills her, the mother of the baby just enabled all of this.
So many things I don't want to remember from those times, but I think I have enough alcohol to get through tonight without incident, I think.
Seems like a waste to hit a baby with a copper cable, were there literally no other solid objects around?
Continue, preferably with green text
I remember two of my colleagues had a strange case that I was involved in, and the reason why I quit that job.
So my job there was basically to do psychotherapy with the children and supervise their relatives/tutors visits.
I was just finished with the last appointment that day and I was taking the child back to the dorms with the other children and the caretakers, when one of the caretakers (all of the were female) told me that she needed help fast.
So the caretaker asked me to follow her to the laundry room, there I saw two other caretakers and one female child, she was about 7 years old at that time, she was crying, then one of the caretakers told me that she found her being penetrated by an older boy, 10 years old approx.
I was baffled, I felt my stomach shrink but I kept my cool, I asked for all the details we could get and told the caretakers that the offender must not be near other children at any time.
But then, two of my colleagues (other psychologists working there), stepped in, at that time I was young, 21 years old, I was green, these were old women that had been working for years on this, they started telling me that those children were just playing to the doctor, that this was normal, that I was overreacting, I told her that the caretaker said penetration happened, I told her that probably the offender had been sexually abused before.
I was called a charlatan, a lunatic, they told me that they made a mistake hiring me there, so I spoke with the head psychologist, and the other ones, I was basically intimidated... I turned to alcohol, I had a friend who worked with me there, a lawyer, I told him about this situation, he told me that I should not mingle into these things if I value my life, he said that there is dirty business going on these government foster care homes and a lot of money involved. I signed my resignation two weeks later.
This has been bothering me for 6 years now, my career, ruined...
So do you people actually believe in ghosts? I'm kind of neutral on the subject, I don't like to believe anything without proper evidence. Anyways, I live in Virginia, and I've heard there are rumored to be lots of haunted areas in this state. Anything you want me to check out and report on specifically in the next few days? I literally have nothing better to do.
Yeah, it's unfortunate it's so hard to prove. But let me add to the anecdotal evidence by saying I do believe but only because something that has no logical explanation occurred right in front of my face. I haven't seen an actual apparition but I've seen an object lift up and drop back down. I've also heard (my sister heard it too) a groan from my dad's bedroom 2 days after he passed away in the same room.
>>17823621
Well, you are going to have to give more of an explanation on what the object in question was, if it was something like a glass bottle that would be strange, were you smoking anything?
What the groan could have been:
>An animal/pest/pet
>Machinery (such as vents, pipes, etc.)
>Creaking floorboards
>Another family member assuming they were in said room.
Also, I'm sorry about your loss anon.
>Nana is very, very close to death (again)
>last time this happened, both me and my sister had dreams about my Grandfather being in my house waiting for her to move on
>very odd things would happen (shit falling off shelves, glasses moving)
>my dog REFUSES to be anywhere near my Nana, espesially at night
>will sleep in the basement when she sleeps upstairs, if she is near her room at night she will often stare at nothing and start whining
>getting feelings of something else being in my house, but this time it doesn't feel like my grandfather
I think the reaper is hanging around at night, pretty sure my nana is going to die in her sleep within the next week
ITT: If aliens made direct contact publicly do you think they would be friendly or hostile?
Also aliens thread
>>17823548
they would have to be sufficiently advanced to have the technology to reach us in the first place, that level of tech SHOULD save them from needing to scour earth clean as there are barren planets with better resources and robots make better slaves than humans, so unless they just want to kill us for keks, I bet they'd be friendly
I thought they'd be friendly for a long time. Then I saw what mankind is capable of and thought about what their reasons to come would be, so I thought hostile.
Here's my reasoning. Our civilization is so entangled in recklessly fighting itself for monetary profit and doesn't care much about investing money into something which probably won't return any profit, that it's quite unlikely that mankind would work together as a whole for even saving itself, Yet alone discovering other civilizations. A civilization capable of traveling the universe would have to be extremely aligned and have a strong focus on that job. You don't get that through hippie friendliness (that's coming from a friendly hippie btw), but through strongly enforced dictatorship. If they come, they want our resources and they won't accept us for being different, because them being all the same enabled them to get here in the first place.
>>17823589
OP here
the way i look at it would be hostile given that its obvious that with their technology they would already have a vast understanding of the human race and earth as well so thinking like that my idea is that they would truly only arrive here to capture our planets for its resource other wise to move their population, otherwise they could always arrive in order to establish a connection with another intelligent life, it only seems more plausible that they would take advantage of a lesser species
Don't really know if this belongs on /x/ as it's kind of more psychological than paranormal but what do you guys think of Tulpas? Are they real, can they seem real- or is it a troll to get people to waste their time?
For those who don't know what a Tulpa is, it is basically a 'sentient' individual being that lives in your mind that you can supposedly create through time and willpower.
Any of you guys know anything else/ how to make one? I'd make a Rias tulpa- fuck, can you imagine if that worked? It would be weeb paradise and even better than VR.
I also heard about some guy who got haunted by a fluttershy tulpa because he fucked up visualizing it. So there is the creepy side of it.
So you wanna induce a multiple personality disorder?
Well, I dunno whether this is possible but I know that the disease exists. But I don't know whether the affected person or rather personalities can talk to each other. I think they just "take over" independently and dont really interact with each other, but they know about each other. Might be wrong though. So, that would not be useful to a weeb. But all in all, its quite sad that you say its a dream come true for a weeb.
>>17823489
No it's different than that. The tulpa is not a second personality of the host, but rather a separate sentient entity altogether- I know it's far fetched but I am on /x/, right?
People have claimed to not only speak to their Tulpas, but even be able to feel them. The tulpa can't hijack your mind, but can be loud and talk whenever it wants, and are very hard to get rid of

ITT: We tell our paranormal experiences.
I, myself, haven't experienced much except from some minor stuff - Can tell if people want to.
>>17823183
Do tell. Im like you too just minor stuff.
>>17823193
Allright.
I'll start off with something that happened when I was a kid.
It was a couple days before Christmas and my parents were going to the store, so me and my older brother were home alone.
After a while, we go down the stairs and then I froze; I saw the shadow of a jester or something moving across the wall. It frightened me so bad.
>>17823193
Another experience were when I were in the woods at night.
Me and my friends were going through the forest to my friends house - and when were about halfway there, we heard some strange, almost demonic voices, growling and shouting. We constantly looked back, and nothing was there. Everybody were fucking spooked that night. It sounded like it was right behind us, but we didn't see anything.
How does /x/ explain the phenomenon deja vu?
The widely accepted explanation seem to be that it is a hallucination of the mind. Sure this might be the case but I want to hear some spiritual/alternative explanations too.
In the matrix movies they say it is a sign that something has been changed in the matrix, I like the concept of that idea.
use to have it all the time, haven't had it in weeks.
>>17823151
I have this shit so much these days
Your brain analyzed input data from your eyes before your brain realized what was going one.
It happen to me all the time. It's like a time out error of the brain.
Is fucking in a haunted place advisable? My friend and his gf are doing it in September I guess. They might find a semen demon.

>>17823033
You haven't been on /x/ for long buddy.
Well let me tell you that if you masturbation is one of the biggest ghost detterance.
So their maybe two outcomes to your freinds escapades.
>The ghosts might feel awkward and go away.
>They might get a ghost all hot and bothered, and it'll fuck your friend in the asshole as all 3 of them climax into the ghost realm.
Have your friend post results for research.
>>17823033
I lost my virginity in a haunted house, anon. The spooks made the idea of it lots of fun, but in my case, it kind of ruined the mood for the girl, so I never did that again. If you're both cool with it, why the fuck not, right?
Just don't jizz on a skellington or anything like that.

looking ofr a horror webm where a ghost/woman i floating in the air in a room during a thunderstorm and when the lightning flashes she is in front of you with her mouth open and trying to grab you
>>17822618
Have you read the rules here OP?
I think that's the Guillermo del Toro movie.
Mama I think? I don't have the webmd of it but I'm pretty sure the part your looking for is from that movie.
Hello /x/, what did you think of The Conjuring 2?
I thought it was pretty scary but it missed out on a lot potential stuff. It felt like the beginning part of the movie was dragged out a little bit too much and the movie could've done alot more spooky stuff with the nun or crooked man part.
I really enjoyed the nun part since it gave off a scary demonic vibe and the painting as well. The crooked man was a bit silly with the cgi or what not. Especially the dog scene, that just looked plain bad and the movie would've been alot better if they just cut that out.
Overall I didn't think it was too scary and could've done more stuff like the end part but earlier, I also wished that someone actually died or got badly injured. It wasn't as scary as The Conjuring for me. What I liked about the conjuring was stuff like the clap in the closet scene and the demon/evil spirit on top of the closet. We barely got anything of that in this new movie.
So what did you think about the movie /x/? I enjoyed it, but it could've been better. Sorry for posting a possible /tv/ thread but I thought it would fit more here.
Also, /x/ scary movie thread I guess.
>>17822466
Not living in the US I haven't seen it yet, but I'm looking forward to it. The nun doesn't seem to be very scary, but the I screamed in surprise, when I saw the clapping hands in the first movie. "Annabelle" wasn't very scary (except for the mean elevator scene).
I think the movie sucks and that's it
>>17822506
Yeah the elevator scene in Annabelle was a nice scene. I liked that it chased her up the stairs and stuff.
It's not as scary as the other two (in my opinion) but it had it's moments. I'm thinking about seeing "Light's out" but it reminds me of another movie I saw which sucked really badly. I hope you enjoy the movie more than I did and that you don't have some fucking cunt teenagers behind you in the cinema like I did.
Do you believe that the Old Gods may exist?

I've been looking for information concerning the demon Ose. And so far I can't find anything other than a general description of who he is and what he does.
Can anyone give me more information, or a link with a more detailed description of him?
For instance, how does Ose make someone think they are something they are not? Does he for instance make mediums think they have special powers?
>>17821729
Look up the Dictionairre Infernal. It's probably in there.
>>17821729
The lesser key of Solomon, and also the Monarchia Deamonum most likely have more information than the aforementioned book. I would be careful with the latter of these books, though.
>>17821735
>latter of these books, though.
Why?
Landed in Juneau, Alaska. In search of the center of this "great circle" described in this website. I would like to travel and see the sights in Juneau tomorrow, and figure out what happens at the center of this circle.

I envy you...to travel to a far off place to find the circle of the world.. May i ask how old are you? how can you afford this? How much are the total costs of this venture? Are you alone? How can you be so free?

What value is a human soul?
If you give away your soul, or sell it, do you just end up burning in Hell for all eternity, or are you denied reincarnation or something like that?
What sort of being is able to purchase someones soul for a tangible gain (i.e musical ability, extended lifespan, etc.) and how would you go about contacting them?
>thinking souls exist
When you die you rot in the ground mate
>>17820201
Your soul is more valuable than any material object in this world. It is YOU. If you sell your soul you are essentially selling yourself into eternal slavery (bad deal). However, if you really want to sell it they will find you, but overall it's a dumb idea.
