Anyone? I didn't sleep at all tonight. It's 6:47 AM and I didn't sleep because these nightmares keep coming back and I'm scared shitless because of it. I can't even sleep because all I see is that face in my mind. What should I do?

Sure you aren't just experiencing sleep paralysis? I've seen this figure the times I've been paralysed but it just stands over me and breaths. I'm no xpert or xtard in any field but usually this occurs when my energies are all messed up and not flowing throughout correctly, maybe you didn't prepare yourself or continue through right with what you were doing. It's not magic though, it's just energy. Seek to get some reiki, maybe that'll help.

Magic experiments tend to go wrong when done casually just for the sake of it. I'm not really sure any kind of supernatural result was actually achieved from what you did, as you said, it might have been a coincidence.

However, your nightmares do seem strange, even more due to their reincidence.

Not really a lot of background to give there, i'm just your average Joe. I'm a student, work as an electrician, nothing really weird going on in my life aside from this nightmare.
Weirdest thing is that it just feels real, i legitimately wake up horrified, even kind of worried about getting up if i have to, because that thing might be there.

Hey Op here, as far as I can tell whenever we think of someone else, we send a communication to their souls. When this happens and we feel an energetic reaction, that could be the soul reciprocating the communication, although that takes a lot of practice to discern.

It also get's tricky because you xould be communicating with someones soul, but depending on how spiritually disconnected they are from their physical body (depressiob, addiction, anxiety, etc all symptoms of this), they may not be able to interpret that sensation as that.

If your thoughts wander to someone constantly, there's a good chance your souls are in communication and plotting to play out the karma they chose to experience in this life cycle. I've only met a handful of people who I've been able to consciously have soul interactions with, but as I clear my energetic blocks, I'm able to comkunicate with more and more (some disincarnate as well).

Basically, thw souls are always online but the receivers (ie bodies/minds) can be switched off or tuned out at the same time.

You're half dreaming, that's why.
Try to go all the way, you'll be in a self-induced 'lucid dream'. I've done it a couple of times, feels like one hour passed 'as you entered the trance' and once you 'wake up', you'll realize 4-8 hours have gone by.
I was just driving down an infinite road tho, I wonder what others could do. Also, VERY shadowy. It's hard to force on colors, but it's doable. Most of the 'travels' start in black and white most of the time.
That's how it was for me at least.
Once I could do it in full colour I just stopped, I've achieved what I wanted from meditation, a constantly quiet mind, being able to push any thought away.
I've gone on one travel since then, it was quite symbolic and enlightening, it's like the 'environment' is speaking to you, not in language, but in 'brain' language. Maybe waves or something I have no fucking idea.
