Hey thanks a lot anon, I'll give this a try. I'm currently backing up the data on that hdd. Worst comes to worst, I'll just reinstall windows and then I have all the actual data from the HDD anyway, so I don't have to re-download the big stuff.

Now explorer.exe is running elevated, and you can try to delete the file.

To unelevate explorer, kill it again in taskmgr, close taskmgr, bring back taskmgr with ctrl-esc or ctrl-alt-del, and run explorer.exe

You have an EFI computer; you need to be using an EFI OS.

Whatanime.ga says it's Seitokai Yakuindomo. Use it next time in the future. Reverse searching the image seems to give a few results as well, but need some work to get the answer from them.

Either way, use those next time before you make a thread. Not trying to be mean, they're just both really useful and can save both your time and mine/someone else's.

Depends on the site you're downloading from, some site will let you resume the download while others will force you to restart from zero

I did resume the download, but when i tried to extract it, it seems the file ended unexpectibly right at the point where i stopped it last night. I guess i'll have to start again...

It's not photoshopped. The logo you are talking about actually occurs naturally in nature and is called a "four-leaf clover". You might've come across one during your childhood. Surprisingly, they also grow in Japan and are also thought to be a lucky charm (See the cereal for more info: http://www.luckycharms.com/). Though, most character designers just put whatever they think looks cool on their characters, so it might not have that meaning in this case.

Anyway, the anime is Kamisama Minarai. I originally thought it was 12-sai, but the art in that is a bit more detailed. Then, while I was looking at the studio's other works, I saw Minarai. Funny coincidence.
