My sister keeps bugging me to find her a service to extract .mp3 files from videos she finds on youtube, and she can't do it herself because her google-fu is weak.
When I look for it myself, though, I get a lot of results, but I don't know which ones I can trust not to fill her computer with trojan viruses or other malicious tricks.
I've tried asking people face to face, but that turned up nothing.
So, perhaps unwisely, I turn to /wsr/. Anybody know of a safe, reliable service to get .mp3 files from youtube?
http://www.downloadhelper.net/
it's a firefox add-on.
or if you're comfortable with using the commandline, use youtube-dl.
>>258740
I use this. But I don't know why, sometimes I get a message like "the server is busy, try again later". Don't know if that is still a thing, it's been a while since I used the service. But it works okay I guess.
http://www.youtube-mp3.org/
youtube-dl is probably the best solution, even if you don't use any of the advanced features. You won't have to rely on an online service and it's not hard to learn. If you forget the syntax you can easily look it up in the documentation or Google it.
May some do the background black for me
forgive my lame ass skills&tools

this looks awesome, better than I imagined, thanks

Could you tell me how you did it`?
hi guys
I enjoy watching movies and discussing them with my day, there are some great movies I want to show him, but can't because they have sex scenes that last way longer than necessary.
So I wanted to know if there was a way to program vlc to skip certain parts from (13:50 to 14:10 for example) during playback, google didn't help.
Thanks

>>258620
I mean, it probably doesn't exist, but it's unnecessary. Just google "Movie Sex Scenes", find out the time, and skip it yourself.
If you're worried about your dad seeing sex scenes, then it looks like you're in need of some >>>/adv/ice.
>>258620
You could use something like Xmedia Recode to cut the parts out of the file.
Does anyone have sauce on who this person in the picture is?
All I know is that it's a man.
>>258643
I looked at the archives and the initial posts is just some Mexican posting, then later it's someone else who wanted sauce. the person who wanted sauce never got it in the thread he made and then he started spamming the picture making new threads implying that it was actually a dude while people in the thread were claiming to be trap experts and saying that this was not a trap.
They're non-binary. Gender is obsolete.
I need help with this, i need to remove the background of the following images
I was watching a film that creeped me out and it made me realize how much better horror is when it focuses on an eerie environment over cheap jump scares. So I'd like to play some horror video games that are like that. What do you recommend that's scary without having to rely on jump scares? (Preferably without any at all, but it's okay if they're present but rare.)
Also, is Silent Hill one such series? It always looked interesting to me.
>>258034
yes
Outlast, cryostastis and Amnesia series you an check out.
You can play most of these old games using emulators. I recommend purchasing a game controller though if you dont have one.
-Resident Evil 2
Few jump scares, but there good and unexpected rarely happens in the game.
-Silent Hill: Homecoming
My favorite Silent Hill is Homecoming. Only one I think I played on PC.
-Clock Tower 3 for PS2
You end up chasing the spirits of dead serial killers.
-Manhunt 2 PS2
Manhunt had a really cold atmosphere. Its like playing a character from Saw or that Nicolas Cage movie 8MM.
-Splatter House 3
If your into scary pixel art.
-Shadow Man
Its on steam, I remember this game being really grim as a kid. Lots of voodoo references.
Also the PS2 had a bunch of survival horror games. There is Haunting Ground, Fatal Frame, Obscure, Forbidden Siren. Most bizarre one I've played was D2 for Dreamcast.

Can you recommend me some anime, /wsr/? I made a list that came up using AniDB's tags and I narrowed it down to 80. Tell me which some of these are relevant to my interests: http://pastebin.com/t63eUND9
(If I missed some, feel free to share.)
I'm looking for:
- anime with sexy or badass female leads that fight with fists, kicks or swords
- magic/superpowers can be used, but with choreography (moving around) or not the main emphasis
- from 2010-2016
and I don't want:
- anime with too much comedy/slice-of-life/ecchi/harem hijinks instead of fighting and scenes that move the plot forward
- anime with too much emphasis on magic summoning stuff while standing still instead of moving around and getting close and personal
- gary stu harem MC (I prefer main male characters to be sidekicks or non-action ones and let the girls shine)
I slowed down in anime this decade and I feel like I got a lot to catch up. Pic related is some of the recent and not-so recent anime of the genre I've enjoyed.
I guess Resident Evil: Damnation and Tekken: Blood Vengeance might count, but they both only have one fight scene with female characters. I have also seen Dead Fantasy and Kung-Fu Cooking Girl, even though they're not made by Japanese.
I have also seen, but not enjoyed:
- Blade & Soul
- Kill la Kill
- Master of Martial Hearts
- Tenjou Tenge
- Maken-ki (too much slice-of-life fillers)
- Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girl (same as above)
- RWBY (not an anime I guess, but still)
- Legend of Korra (obviously not an anime, not the reason I dislike it though)
*Now, pic sources for anyone curious:
- Ikkitousen: Dragon Destiny
- Freezing
- Agent Aika
- Sekirei: Pure Engagement
- Bayonetta: Bloody Fate
- Senran Kagura
- Super Street Fighter 4 OVA
- Manyuu Hikenchou
- Birdy the Mighty Decode
- Ga-Rei Zero
- Jubei-chan 2
- Symphogear
I'm not seeing anything on that list that leaps out at me as fulfilling your conditions. I see some "maybes" though:
Akame ga Kill
Fate/Stay Night UBW
Gatchaman Crowds
Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta
Those are ones that I think might appeal to you the most out of what I saw, but I'm not guaranteeing anything. Also I personally can't stand AgK, but it does have a lot of girls who fight in melee so I begrudgingly listed it.
I will, however, save you some effort by listing stuff I know for sure won't interest you. Cross these off your list:
Absolute Duo
Anti-Magic Academy: The 35th Test Platoon
Black Bullet
Blade Dance of Elementalers
Brynhildr in the Darkness
Dragonar Academy
Gonna Be the Twin-Tail!!
High School DxD
Hundred
Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia
IS: Infinite Stratos
Lord Marksman and Vanadis
Lostorage Incited Wixoss
Majikoi: Oh! Samurai Girls!
Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!
Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn
Sabagebu! Survival Game Club!
Strike the Blood
The Asterisk War
The Qwaser of Stigmata
Triage X
Trinity Seven
Unlimited Fafnir
All those are either harems, comedies, or otherwise trip your red flags. Note that I actually like a few of those titles and consider them fun anime (like Sabagebu for instance) but they're not what you want, at all. That goes for other stuff I didn't mention in either list I made.
>>257957
Do those anime heavily lean towards harem/comedy/SoL stuff or do they have a right balance between that kind of stuff and action? Because I can take a bit of light fun moments.
IIRC, Ikkitousen, Sekirei and Senran Kagura have a bunch of that but it was still balanced (except Ikkitousen Great Guardians), Jubei-chan is wacky/slapstick comedy with action and Manyuu Hikenchou is silly adventures that talk about martial arts stuff.
>>257974
>Do those anime heavily lean towards harem/comedy/SoL stuff or do they have a right balance between that kind of stuff and action?
Well there's a bunch of different shows there. Some of them are battle harems. If you're not familiar with that particular genre, they're all light novel adaptations and they're all so starved for original ideas that if you've seen one you've pretty much seen all of them, and no that's not really an exaggeration. They are just plain bad, not even worth it for the fan service in most cases. Some of these copy/paste battle harems are: Absolute Duo, Anti-Magic, Blade Dance, Dragonar, Hundred, HxH Gakuen, Asterisk War, Fafnir, etc. Some of those have decent fanservice if you want fap material I guess, but there's so much better things to watch.
Then you have a few others that are comedies and SoL, and by that I mean they are straight up comedy and SoL, the action is either all slapstick or done in a perfunctory way that's not really the core of the show. Examples of those are Sabagebu, Nyaruko, and Twintail. Well Twintail's action is more legit, but it's like 80% comedy, 20% toku homage.
Though if you liked Senran Kagura maybe you could try DxD and Twintail. DxD is pretty lewd, but I unironically love it even if it's kind of a guilty pleasure. It's genuinely funny and has some pretty hype fights (though lacking in the kind of choreography you want with battle damsels, save for one character who doesn't get much screentime).

You can cut the windows 10 license and pirate it if you want. It's actually pretty easy and you only need a USB with more than 4gb of storage.
>>259162
Or you could not be a cheapo and get a legit license at shops like allkeys. You can get a W10 license for 15 bucks I think.

Can someone change the color of her hair, ears, and tail to brown?
Preferably to match this picture

The tips of the hair near the shoulders too maybe, but that doesn't stand out that much.

Anybody have a Dell Inspiron 17?
How do I get this bit out of my charge port?
Pic is the charge cable. Pin is a bit bent, anyone have a charger for Dell I can compare it to?
Just need to know if something from the input broke inside the laptop.
>Just need to know if something from the input broke inside the laptop.
Doesn't look like it. (Source: intuition pulled out of my anus.)
>>258881
Could it just be my bent pin inside the tip of the charge cable?
Hey again, got more shit that no one knows how to do because we weren't taught nor is it in our textbook, and online yields nothing. I haven't gotten far. Any help appreciated, cheers
(also if someone could explain why this is 2 marks ty)
>>258865
How do you even pass your tests?
>>258867
This is holiday work for the new year, we don't have experience when we are given barely any variables to work with.
>>258865
2 marks cuz you need to find horizontal stuff first. Use that to do vertical and find answer. Btw time is shared for both vertical and horizontal, might help cancel out variables. Look up projectile motion
Can anyone tell what character this is/what show they are from?
I can't be 100% sure but your answer probably lies in here. Best I could do, gl

Post the tweet from where you saved it.
If it's set on private then post the text, that's the only way to figure out.

Actually nevermind, I just found who he is.
He's Dark Zagi from Ultraman Nexus, I'd appreciate if you posted more pics of that cosplay.
