Whatanime.ga says it's Seitokai Yakuindomo. Use it next time in the future. Reverse searching the image seems to give a few results as well, but need some work to get the answer from them.

not OP but I've seen the entirety of SYD and I rly don't think this is it. the art style is different, especially the lighting, and the only character this could possibly maybe potentially be is the teacher, who is in it very little and has no scenes like this as i recall
