Trying to install new os on this computer, when I try to change

Trying to install new os on this computer, when I try to change to boot order it says f5 to enable but it doesn't change anything when I do it. And it doesn't default to the USB when I plug it in, what am I doing wrong?

You have an EFI computer; you need to be using an EFI OS.

I.e. not Windows 7.

It's not letting you enable it, because there's no EFI bootloader on there to enable.

You probably need to switch off SecureBoot.
