Fairly new to pc building.
Would appreciate any help with making this build more cost efficient yet still perform well. Its mainly for gaming.

Thanks, but I think I wasn't very clear on my request. What I'm trying to do is make a high quality version of the bomberman Cirno screenshot from this comic: https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/181938. Pic is what I got so far, but I can't get Cirno to fit in like she does in the small screenshot in the comic

Not OP but this is pretty bad for a logo.
The parachute alone would be an OK logo but that is more for a header. You need something that scales nicely.

I was just trying to make a 4chan clone because I was bored.
I did it in a really shitty way where I used a text document to store threads and replies.
I was just wondering if there was already a way to automatically check the text on the page for ">"'s instead of having to make a function that manually inserts a <p> or a <div> in front of each one.

My LaTeX file won't compile when I use the symbols “ or ”. I can not use '' instead because of guidelines.
The error message says undefied symbol.
I tried escaping via \verb{“} but I still got errors.
Another symbol I had problems with was a dash.
I have to use utf-8, and I have to do the final pdf via latexpdf and bibtex.
How can I escape these symbols without having to use additional packages?
Am I fucking stupid or something? Please help me out on this one.

Those are the standard open/close double quotes in LaTeX. So you're required to use LaTeX, and you're also required to have open/close double quotes be “ and ”? Maybe you need to use a package like upquote. Or maybe latexpdf has some option to do that.
