I beat the league with 3 of the original ones I played when I was a kid. It was very satisfying.
Also which is the "meta" or most wicked awesome pokemon for R/B/Y/?
I like charizard altought at the start he is like hard because you are weak to almost everything, so I made sure to train him until he turned into charmeleon in the forest.
I caught and trained a pikachu for a while but I heard here in /vp/ that raichu and pika where a shit and jolteon was better because speed = crits.
I evolved my eeve into Vaporeon thought and trained Bellsprout into Vectrebeel.

I don't mind/don't care since most of these "new fans" you're talking about aren't going to be sticking around for very long at all.
Do you think the people playing pokemon go are seriously interested in playing the current pokemon series? Some of them sure, definitely there's going to be a "few", but the vast majority of the people jumping on the pokemon go bandwagon are "trendy" folk who're just jumping onto the latest thing.
The only significance pokemon go has is the nostalgia factor: people will play it, talk about it for maybe a few more months and if the hype hasn't died down now it won't be far off.

So said ghost post appeared after a thread "died". Anyways Fighting and Ground type seem to be associated with the leak from a while back. The last 3 water starters have been... Emperor, Samurai, Ninja. What is lower than all of them? A Ronin. Popplios evolution will be a Water/Fightint ronin. Makes sense too since its ears could become like a samurai helmet

the final starters leaked a while ago, were later seemingly confirmed due to ancillary details in one of the trailers.
It's still possible they are fake, either due to coincidence or perhaps an incredible troll leaker, but most people assume they are real. I think it's more likely than not but I'm not 100% on it.
