Why can't I bring myself to buy this game /v/? I pirated it to try it out and just got so bored with the shitty dialogue and the combat felt like a drunk dark souls, but I know my feelings are shit because everyone else and their mothers fucking jizz over this game, I don't get it
Maybe it's not for you. Some people have shit taste in food and enjoy eating human feces. You just have shit taste in games and that's ok.

I am more of a competitive shooter guy, but try and play sp games sometimes and loved games like dark souls and skyrim but try this and I just want to fall asleep
Does anybody has a key/gift of the original Metro Last Light (not Redux) for Steam that can spare me?
>DLC out in 15 minutes
>no thread
Who master mode in 15 minutes here?
Also I have that wolf link amiibo excited to play again and actually use that
>playing hard mode
>makes it easier by using his DLC toy
Make up your mind m8
>>382295446
I hope master mode isn't just sponge enemies and actually has different treasure.
>>382295291
Do you get extra saveslots or what?
>game lets you marry and have children
>Falling for the marriage ruse
#MGTOW
>Game lets you marry and have children, but also adopt them
Besides Harvest Moon/Rune Factory, what games actually let you do that?
Remember Game Boy Video?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hisgObO2vZ8
why does he keep fucking with the controls
>>382294752
Sadly yes I do.
They were fine to watch shit on the go when you were a kid. I loved the DBGT ones
Favorite destination? Favorite weapon/gear?And can someone explain elusive targets to me? What do you get for doing them and why are they unavailable after a certain date?
Hokkaido prob'ly. Silverballer and some simple shit, like coins and garrotte.
>do elusive
>unlock a suit depending on location the elusive was in
>win enough elusives, unlock 'unique' suits
>win enough elusives at silent assassin, unlock unique suits
They only last a week or so and last I checked, come around every 2 weeks. Why do they become unavailable? Because fuck you, buy our game, that's why.
I've recently been playing through it. Believe I have just one more mission left.
I initially dreaded Colorado but as the level went on I found it incredibly fun.
>>382295325
First run though Colorado is great. Whether you can tolerate the limited ways of killing some of the targets, and being forced to exit at one point only, will affect your opinion afterwards. That is, if you care to do masteries on the destinations.
Is there anything worse than faggots who say "git gud"?
It would be one thing if it was just used against people complaining about a loss, but Twitch and Reddit faggots misuse it against people asking legitimate questions. "How do I beat thing?" "lel git gud faggot xD"
Fuck man, it's even obnoxious when used in a situation like "character is OP" "no man you just need to git gud xD"
Seriously, is there anything more obnoxious out there? If it was ever funny or insightful at one point, it sure isn't now, and it's basically just cancerous Twitch chat culture.
>OP didnt git gud
Pfft...
>anime poster
>is bad at video games
checks out, nothing to see here folks
>>382294480
git gud and all your problems will go away, OP.
Should I buy two just to be on the safe side when more stock comes?
>>382294423

what's the story here?
Now that the series is over, we can all agree that this is the best one right?
No.
>>382294069
Ill agree with that. Might be a little biased as this was my first Metal Gear, had never played anything as bat shit crazy and wonderful.
>>382294069
2 might be the best but 3 is still my favourite

Just rambling but I kinda wish that whole "idolmaster vs love live fighting game" thing actually happened
Modern day idolmaster musou when?
Do not bully Chi-chan

When will Linux be a viable gaming platform? I'm on Windows 7 and once support for it is gone I'm not gonna upgrade to 10 or whatever fucking new version is available
Oh no... support is gone... Whatever will we do? We'll miss out on all those great directx games, uhhh

I already use it for a majority of my games.

Will RTS games ever regain prominence?
>>382293705
I enjoy Post-RTS games more.
probably not, but it's not something you should care about. play the games or don't
>mfw I just stomped the fuck out of some okw faggots
>>382293997
Like what?
>>382294085
Yeah, still discouraging when so few are active at all anymore.
>play Gothic 1
>think /v/ was memeing me about how great Gothic is because the world was empty with no incentive to explore because the best stuff is in the main quest and there's almost no side quests after Act I
>start Gothic 2
>5 hours in and I've made almost no progress because of the sheer amount of stuff to do and places to explore
holy shit nobody told me Gothic 2 was this much better than 1. Gothic thread
>>382293679
I thought Gothic 1 was medicore too but loved Gothic 2
Also i recommend you start NoTR (just follow the ornament questline) during Act II before you go to the Valley of Mines because after you finish NoTR you will be more powerful and valley of mines will be easier
how did you manage to run Gothic 2?
It just wont fucking work for me
>>382293885
thanks for the tip, i was wondering about that. right now i'm stuck on most of the quests I have though, because almost all of them are about finding thieves in the harbor and I've talked to everyone I think and have almost no real leads.
>>382294124
for steam there's a patch, a playerkit, and a systempack you have to install. I can't find the exact guide I used tho for finding those
Which do you prefer and why?
Both are considered seminal to the survival horror genre, yet take very different approaches.
>>382293409
>inb4 /v/'s too young to have played them both and this 404's
Resident Evil because the combat wasnt complete ass like in Silent Hills 2.
>>382293409
Resident Evil is spookier. Silent Hill 2 is just plain disturbing, while Resident Evil manages to keep the tension drawn and taut.
