I didn't put too much time into it the first time, beat it in like 60 hours and stopped. Excited to do hard mode and master sword trials. Who knows if it'll hold my attention though.

Will the Golden Lynel be an actually interesting fight, or will it just be a Lynel with bigger numbers? The Silver ones disappointed me a lot. So easy to fight yet so extremely tanky.

I feel like I'm getting good value for my money. 20 dollars for the hard mode replay, the cave of trials, and a few other things right now is enough to scratch my desire to be challenged for a long time. And there will be more coming later on this year. Sure, it's low-hanging fruit from a developer perspective, but I don't blame Nintendo for making money. It's the prime directive of every corporation after all, and I challenge you to give an example of a developer who doesn't try to maximize profits.

So where the fuck are all the details on whats actually in the hard mode
what are golden enemies
what are the challenges other than just 'floating platforms'

You win, I can't think of one. I'm glad you're happy with what you're paying and I hope you enjoy it, but imo it's overpriced. The whole Season Pass thing feels like a scheme to make you pay more than you should, since you can't but buy things separately, and an attempt to "justify" the price tag with this content release since the real meat comes in winter. It's in the first section of the lost woods area. Not any of the trails sections. Just set our Sensor for Treasures and use stasis and you'll find it. The chest is black and labeled EX

well lets put it this way
in master mode you start at the beginning of the game, with 3 hearts / no items / etc, except the plateau is already full of enemies stronger than endgame normal mode

master mode is retarded. I had to spend 5 weapons to kill one starting enemy.
