I avoided manual transmissions for a while after learning, turns out I didn't like it because I learned in a car with cable shift linkages.

The first time in a manual transmission was just to hard for me and I wanted to quit'
My dad just laughed at me and said keep trying, take the car go learn how to drive etc...
So glad he kept me going and I didn't get stuck with auto for life...
Its not even hard you just have no experience with manual and it takes time to learn and understand
Some people are great at teaching and some are great at listening
It just takes time, manual is fun

I'm looking into buying some fast shitbox that handles well or at least decently on snow and old GC seems to fit that more or less. I'm not sure if I should just go for that or look for other cars
Preferably it should also do decently in some auto-/rallycross, but I'm not sure if it's possible at such low price (below 3k $)
Inb4 i have driving experience so I won't kill myself (probably) and know more-or-less how to work on a car, also I'm an eurofag so American cars are out of question

Shop around for some good cars for ralky in your area, epif youre hoping to do rally in a car it will need alot of work done to it before hand (suspension and general modification) so be prepared for that. Also depending on how serious youre going roll cages are essential too. Nothings more scary than rolling and in rally its pretty common and its just safer because your seat belts will attach to it.

Does anyone here actually consider the R35 GTR a supercar?
Im with the motoring journalists that think that being classified as a supercar means that it has to look good, sound good, and have sense of prestige, all of which the GTR doesn't do like a supercar should. They are a fast capable feat of engineering, but certainly not a supercar with how cheap (both price and interior build quality). It seems that the only people who consider a datsun a supercar are those that cant afford them.
