Probably not. Battery will be dead, most rubber parts will have rotted (hoses, bushings, tires), the engine oil will have drained out of most parts of the block (resulting in increased wear on first startup), the fuel may have spoiled and gaskets may have gone bad.
If you wanna store a car for a full decade, drain all fluids, remove the battery and keep it dry.

Hello! I'm on the verge of buying an '09 Pontiac G5 with 117k miles. It's in good condition, a couple dings on the bumpers but nothing mechanically wrong.
KBB has the value of very good @ $4,200, good @ $3,700, fair @ 3,300
the guy agreed to $3100 - i'm not good with cars so i'm going to take it to a shop to get it inspected just wanted your opinions.

So what I was told happened was her grandson towed it with the E brake on and it someone fucked up the light. I obviously can't go to the junkyard and yank off and good front end since they don't exist and I doubt I can buy another one.
