His understanding of people in roles, and then the grasps he has of those roles, mean that he is better able to play around with those roles in sensible ways, that's how you see Romeo and Juliet go from a thing of Commedia Dell'Arte to a tragedy.
The language is just pure poetry.
If you're curious about his politics look at Henry V, Troilus and Cressida, and Coriolanus.

hilo my main men.
What book must I read? I never read a single book--------ever--------until recently. I read SJW's always lie, and it was ok. It managed to keep my attention until the very last chapter, unlike everything else I've tried to drudge myself through.
I'm not necessarily looking for a book in the same bent as SJW's, just something that isn't complete fiction without any metaphorical content. Harry Potter put me off reading for years (LotR seems cool.) In fact, all school books did. They all suckled immensely, and made me want to shoot myself by the time I'd reached the second syllable.
With that said; I probably have the reading comprehension of a fly, so maybe something that isn't the old king james bible.
Also, tell me why. Why shall I read your recommendation, and neglect all the other filth's?

Not a massive fan of TV.
South Park is okay.
Movies are usually pretty odd. I like Donnie darko, cloverfield lane, mulholland drive, the batman trilogy, lotr.
Alice in wonderland (old disney) is my favorite nostalgia trip.
Anything that's not ordinary is good. Or anything with dialogue that doesn't suck balls. I give 0 fucks about graphix and fites an bic exlplorson

Hey /lit/ black guy here. Lately I've been reading up on critical race theory and wanted /lit/ opinion it
If you don't know what it is my understanding of it(poorly) is that the actual racism thats going on is when a poc/minority gets hired its based on them filling a quota of being that race/gender instead of actually being right person for the job.
I don't agree with much i've read about it so far tho.

Do you write in roman numerals instead of the Arabic system just cause fuck Muslims? It was the way numbers were written in the west until multiculturalism and now the mudshit system is the norm.
When I take checks to the bank I write the amours in roman and I get funny stares from bankers and have to explain how it works lol. It's way more aesthetic anyway.
