What is the landscape painting of literature?
Adalbert Stifter, maybe?
epistolary novels
>>8928731
Haiku
Did you like it?
Not much. Not the translation, but could be what people found original about it simply doesn't register for your average 4chan user.
>>8928697
I loved it, mostly just for how much the middle part turned me on.
I guess I also sort of liked the first part simply because I liked seeing the little crazy quiet woman fuck with everyone around her just by not eating meat, although I understand that she wasn't fucking with people on purpose.
>>8928697
I only liked the part with the painted body. I hated the prose, did not find her sympathetic, and found the reactions of those around her to be unbelievable.
>he'll get a Nobel Prize in your lifetime

I can see it. I'm scared.
Post the books you bought this year.
I got the one from Lauren Southern for Christmas.

>>8928603
take the redpill already
>>8928609
What the fuck does that even mean, you deluded mongoloid, do you even realise how empty your words are? How completely pointless and irrelevant you are?
>>8928603
If you are the same person who has been posting this on and off for the past few days, stop ignoring my posts and FUCKING READ YALOM.
>>8928609
Yeah, do that. To be afraid of death is proof that you are ignorant of your ancestors' accomplishments, and that you are unworthy. Go watch ThuleanPerspective, William Luther Pierce, Stefan Molyneux or Millenial Woes on YouTube. Millenial Woes has good videos about death and the fear of death, check 'em out.
Do writers get groupies? If so I want to be a writer

You're a frogfaggot, no one will ever find you desirable

So I found this book in an abandoned building(old hospital that was recently torn down). What can I expect from this considering I have no prior knowledge of the author?
I have no idea why it is landscape when I took the picture in portrait, but okay. My apologies.
some pretty gay poems
I know the things you never see! You never see a guy walking down the street reading a Whitman!
I want to get into BolaƱo but i've read that 2666 isn't exacty entry-level.
Where should i start?
i can read spanish if that helps.
>>8928487
just do it my man, if you want, maybe start with savage detectives
Seconding the question. Is Pista de Hielo a good starting point? My local bookstore has Literatura Nazi cheaper this month, but it didn't sound so enticing.
Start with 2666, fag
What's the second-most literary religion, after Catholicism?
>>8928327
Islam
>>8928327
all memes aside, Orthodoxy
delillo>pynchon
>>8928294
>>8928294
I'm confused.
Someone explain to me the appeal of DeLillo (no memeing please). I couldn't grt into Underworld and I suspect it's because I'm not American and was very young in the 90s. Haven't read any of his other works yet though.
E.g. in a spreadsheet or on a site like goodreads.
>>8928170
Yeah, simply by glancing over at my bookshelf.
>>8928170
I do it in a Wordpad document. Why would I need a more complicated interface than that?
