I thought both types only showed intermediate structural differences before cross-sex hormones? There honestly aren't enough tests of post-HRT trans women, the most famous one is just the old BSTc test, which had more striking results than the more recent tests of pre-HRT trans women, so I would assume the hormones do have some effect on brain structure.

Friendly reminder that the HSTS's aggressive rebellion against their assigned gender is a sign of innate masculinity, no matter how effeminate (distinct from feminine) the HSTS is. I just had it out with my family over crossdressing.. ive always been a girl at heart but they all denied it. Plenty of people have successful transitions plenty of people don't it's a gamble. If you really are 100% sure you are trans just transition anyways because it's better to start now than when you're 30 and ready to kill yourself. How could you're parents know that there are no successful trans people? Unless your parents are really close to a lot of trans people they can't really tell you that. They are just upset and trying to get you not to transition. My parents said all sorts of mean things to me when I came out.
