Australia wanted to adopt the m4 but colt wouldn't allow to produce them in Australia so they went with who would let them and adopted the steyr. But commandos and SAS use the m4. To me that says at least in this instance the non bullpup is better, right? Depends greatly on the circumstances and the state. You should get a CPL/CCW to not only increase your confidence but to protect yourself legally.

Purse carry isn't as advantageous as carrying on person, but better than nothing. Walk with your hand in your purse often, and maintain situational awareness.

I'm curious about what people ACTUALLY carry when they go innawoods for Bushcraft, hunting, camping. Sometimes people actually have a reasonable set up in these threads. OP, your's is great, but no water?
