How to fix North and South America's complaints about police forces used against undesirable populations.

Law enforcement robots with force projection capabilities (progressing from tear gas, to tasers, to deadly force) placed in grided areas where high percentages of undesirables live.

They could be remote controlled by multiple shifts of personnel to maintain 24 hour security patrols in degenerate areas.

Normal police officers with conflict resolution skills would be placed in normal upper class suburban or rural environments.

How quickly would areas like Chicago, St Louis, Baltimore, and Detroit improve in quality?

Why should humans have to deal with these populations when we could just have mechanical units handling these populations 24/7, for years on end?

Under 100 is hard for a good knife OP. It also depends what your using it for. Are we talking box-cutter or work/survival knife? Personally I like the ESEE 6, which I bought for (I think) 175. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, so if you break it you can ship it in and get a replacement (it's fucking hard to ruin an ESEE).

So im trying to make one of these fucks. I know pistol grip shotguns are already pretty fuckin stupid but this is the most firepower in the smallest package for the least amount of money I can get. Making it for my car emergency bag in case I break down in Hammerfell. Cheap, small, 12ga.

Anyway, looking on some tips to get it done and make it cheap. Also, my LGS offers several PGO mossbergs that arent expensive.

Mossberg 500 persuader (heat shield) 20in 8 shot: $294
Mossberg 50596 20in 8 shot : $332
Mossberg 500 18.5in 6 shot: $341
They have a 590 with the heat shield and bayo lug and breacher bullshit for 337 and its out of stock. Do 590s have anything better?

As far as I can tell I need to cut the barrel with a pipe cutter or saw and file that shit up. Then I'm assuming do the same for the mag tube and rethread it. Does the forend, mag spring, or anything else need to be modified or shortened? Is the heat shield gonna leave some bullshit connecter behind when I take it off, or could I possibly reattach it without much extra work? They sell this fuckin lug thing that goes over the mag and barrel to hold them together or some shit but its $40. Should I make sure the barrel is a little longer than the mag?

why did greatcoats stop being used in the military?
Greatcoats are "great". you dont need to carry a blanket because you've got a blanket you're wearing. wrap it around yourself so you're warm as fuck compared to a jacket which you can't do. the long part of a greatcoat makes it so the coat gets wet and not your trousers when you sit on snow or wet ground.
why did they stop being used?

I'm pretty sure those giant grey coats we were issued in the Marines would qualify. The thing is it's for dress uniform.

Only Nazi officers pranced around during war in full dress uniform.

Hey /k/, first time here and I don't know shit about guns. What is the circled thing called? At first I thought it was a suppressor, but all the suppressors I can find pictures of are super fucking long, nothing like this little short thing.

I've been googling and I can't seem to find a name for it. Can anyone help me out?

Thread protector for a threaded barrel.
>>
>>31534978
This. It just protects the threading on the end of the barrel that would normally be used with a muzzle device, like a compensator or, more commonly, a suppressor.

If you're going to carry something that is classified as a deadly weapon and then use it, you might as well use a knife anyways.

It's simple. It works. It's cheap. It's everywhere.

Some people don't like the ergonomics, some people don't.

It's like the AK of pistols, except it's actually cheap to buy in the US.

Looking for a shotgun for home defense. I currently have a 870 with a 28" barrel for trap/skeet since I'm not good enough to warrant a $800+ O/U gun. Is overall length of the gun really that important?

>>

>not a .gif or .webm

Yes, just get an 18" barrel for your 870. A slightly shorter stock would also be good but not essential.
>>
>>31534415
>Is overall length of the gun really that important?

Yes, a long barrel can be grabbed around corners or around a doorway, if you can't get a shorter barrelled shotgun, get a pistol.

>>31534415
And that's a case for a nice ass spanking for the little girl, because that's not funny sweetheart, followed by a more severe face spanking for the adults who let her play with a gun this way because they are un-caring asshats.

let me start off by saying I've never posted here before. I'm looking for a good shotgun for around $500.

I only go shooting with my dad maybe twice a year with his AR and springfield. So I know a little bit about guns, but not enough to know what I should purchase, and with the niggers stirring up ruckus and a clinton presidency on the horizon I'd really like to have a good shotgun for home defense or bugging out.
