When are we getting the supposed magical meme improvements of graphene on technology?
Filters are cool and super fast transistors are great, but you would think people would have found a way to make it more accessible by now.

I remember someone posting about lightbulbs some time ago.
>>54968396
Nice one anon. Let's keep /g/ as the endless pile of generals, shilling, and identity politics as it should be.
>>54968384
Graphmeme will never make it out of the lab.
Silicon-Germanium is the current realistic successor to Silicon, but it's expensive and not a whole lot better so it'll need to be replaced soon anyway.
Can some explain to me the strong and irrational emotional responses generated by simple consumer products, be it AMD, Apple, Intel, Linux, Microsoft, Nvidia that people on this board seem to produce? Such behavior seem more likely to be made by little kids who can’t think rationally, or by otherwise low self-stem people who attach themselves to a strong figure (in this case a big company), I don’t have much studies in psychology but I really think we should have this discussion on /g.
>>54968373
Honestly anon, I see more people projecting "$some_brand BTFO! $brand's fans buttblasted!" more than I see any kind of actual dogmatism or shilling.
I really don't understand. Do we even have fanboys here in /g/? All I see is trolls shittily trolling each other, and the occasional shill.
>>54968373
People on /g/ are shitty ideologues. They will shill based on principle but they will still use and consume what they claim to hate. You may see this as irrational behavior but /g/ knows they can't escape the botnet (Windows, Google, NSA, etc) so they will still use Windows and buy Intel. They would like not to but they're trapped and they know it.
shitposting is fun
It's like cheering for your favorite sports team, pro wrestler, or mma fighter.

I am dealing with an unbearable non-paged pool memory leak
the resources online I'm finding for this either do not work, aren't what I'm looking for, are way over my head, or recommend a reinstall.
I will literally send 10 dollars PayPal to someone who can walk me through how to fix this
Did you try turning it off and back on again.
>>54968224
yeah, restarting will wipe it but it goes up by about a gigabyre per hour. I keep my computer on and make it sleep overnight so I dont like having to reboot constantly, plus I want a permanent solution

I love how thin the bezel on that is.
Admit it, the only reason you use the GPL is because you're afraid someone else will make your code better than you could have and you want to be able to have what they did.
>>54967971
you sound a bit defensive
Making the code better is the reason why the GPL exists. The GPL doesn't exist to make the code worse over time.
>>54967983
Name a single GPL application which didn't get worse and more bloated over time.
GNU is a pinnacle of this technique.

Nice try, but you only need to install the driver.
Have you never used any sort of technology?
Also what keyboard needs fucking software for its volume knobs.
