Hello /g/.
I'm looking for a Mic about 40-50€.
I'm going to use it for podcasting and recordings.
I know I should spend more, but It's my first time using "good" mics, and I want to have a first contact.
Also, general Mics thread.
What do you guys have/recommend/use for?.

It's over my prize, anyway.

I updated to Win10 through a usb and it's showing me a black screen after booting, no cursor, no boot screen, just nothing. The only thing I got was the windows boot up sound out of my speakers. I turned off the computer and took out the SSD and now have it plugged into my other computer via usb, how can I revert the files back to Windows 7?
why would you want to revert back to Windows 7?
Fucking figure out how to install Win10. Your incompetent ass fucked up the easiest shit in the world.
>>55447742
All I did was open the Windows 10 setup exe, and it did the rest itself.
>>55447770
>starting windows 10 through .exe and not f12 boot menu
there's your problem, hotcakes

Why did nobody celebrate or even mention his Birthday? Isn't /g/ a computer focused tech board?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konrad_Zuse
>>55447585
He's more of a Aeronautic guy then a computer guy.
Besides his mechanical calculators where beast.
But he's more of a Faust character in the history of computers.
He sold himself willing to the nazi party so that he could work in his passion of computers.
And for that reason you won't see him on google as the highlight of the day.
No one cares for a sellout.
>>55447585
Also unless you're literally watching all the HIstory channels documentaries about computers no one mentions him.
I don't think he was a Nazi. He just did whatever necessary to follow his obsession and to survive.
Planing on buying this as a secondary computernfor me, and primary for my gf so we could play some games together. Probably only those which are heavy on the cpu since it has intel graphics or some shit. Is it a good deal?

Don't buy that one. I'll look on your Kijiji for something better.

message this guy, get him down to $275, and buy a new case for it.

this is a good option.
>>55447517
Buy an a8 7600 with ddr3 2133 or 2400mhz ram. It'll be cheap and it'll run most games fine on low or medium.
Alternatively, buy an optiplex and gtx950/480 for much better performance

Are gaming chairs a meme? What chairs do you guys use?
>>55447480
I sat in one at a store and I still don't understand them.
They set out to make them look like something from a race car or sports cars, but its stupid, they make them with aggressive bolsters to keep you in your seat, not for comfort.
>>55447480
Pure autism
Eurotech ioo
Got it for $200 used in like new condition
It has pretty much all the features you see in chairs that are twice its price
Is C written in C?
Assembly
>>55447470
yes
The ISO C standard is written in English
Story time.
>Coworker gives me a bunch of components, tell me to assemble
>No problem I do this as a side job
>Get home, build it, maybe 30mins
>Gets Windows on, start testing it
>Leave it running for an hour while I shower
>Come back, it's off
>wtf.tiff
>Turn it back on, it boots up
>Shuts off as soon as Windows loads
>areyoufuckingme
>Take side panel off
>See pic
>I almost died kekking
Any other stories?
>>55447468
>closing side panel before finishing build

Hi, /g/ I have a monitor question. I would want to upgrade to dual or triple monitors from what I am using now which is a 60" tv, but I don't really know what to go with. I was either looking at 2 acer x34 predators or 3 asus rog swift PG27AQ 27" or am I being retarded like always and there is something better. My budget is $2500-$3000. here is my speccy. plz help they will mostly be used for gaming.
Ultrawides are best as a single monitor.
If you want the best, consider 3 x XB271HU OR 3 x PG279Q.
Note that they are IPS 1440p 144Hz and have minor quality control issues. If you want a more consistent panel 3 x S2716DG is a good choice but it's TN.
4K is not worth it with SLI 980s. 1440p G-SYNC is better.
>>55447907
alright cool thanks for the info, would you recommend buying a 3 monitor stand or are the factory stands good enough. my desk doesn't have a ton of room but it is decent size.
>>55448149
Factory stands are good on the Asus and Dell, the Acer's acceptable but not as good as the other two.
Read up some monitor reviews, TFT central and PCmonitors are good resources. Don't just buy blindly.
Looking to update my wireless router. Currently I'm looking at the asus rt-ac66u, good choice or should I be looking elsewhere?
You get what you pay for, except for the WRT54g
Great choice. I've had one for about a year. Handles all my server traffic without issue. Also it's compatible with the Tomato firmware, which is awesome.
>>55447391
Fantastic choice.
I have the RT-N66U (basically older version of this) and it's hands down the best router I've ever had by a long margin.
Does anyone here have a Ducky Secret mouse?
How is the build quality?
Are the buttons loose, does it rattle?
What are it's flaws?
>>55447348
It's perfect for me. I like no drivers.
People complain about needing to take it completely apart to adjust the weight. These people are retards. You change it once, maybe twice to find your preference, then you put it back together and never touch it again. I don't see why people find that an issue.
>>55447348
>>55448158
And about build quality, I'm very happy with it. The buttons feel amazing. I really like the mouse wheel too, although if you prefer free spinning wheels you'll definitely have a problem. The wheel requires more force and is quite tactile.
The sensor is flawless as far as I can tell. No acceleration or other bullshit.
It just werks, and doesn't look like gamer trash.
can anyone recommend me a good usb mouse that works with linux?
i don't game btw, just need it for my laptop because i get tired of the trackpad.
prove me wrong. protip:
you can't
ONLY people who used 8.1>10>7>8>vista
Bitch please, Vista/7 kicks 8.1's ass.
Windows is the best. Now give me the rupees you promised me
Do you happen to have an extra chromosome OP?
