I'd like to develop an interactive tutorial, most likely a web app with some information followed by questions. I'd like it to be usable on android and iphones without needing to an install an app and be lightweight. I have no programming experience and haven't done anything with the web beyond managing a website.

What's the best modality for a beginner to develop something like this? Will it be more effort than it's worth with no experience?

Is it just text / graphics and then some checkbox ticking and text input with some results displayed? Do you want to save the results somewhere?

I suggest looking up input elements in HTML and some simple JavaScript DOM manipulation.

This thing's starting to drift, everything on google recommends either buying a new one or ordering a new analog module and replacing it myself. Is this just how these controllers are? I really love how they feel, but would have a hard time justifying using it if this is going to be something I'm going to have to do often.
