350d is a microatx case, you have an atx board
150$ for a 780ti is not a good deal, you can get a 970 for that, same performance and more efficient

Yes, we know everything already is from China but in here we discuss the no/low-name cheap shit you see on Gearbest, AliExpress, eBay and similar sites.

Who makes a not awful USB 3.0 flash drive in 2016?

I realize this potentially sounds retarded, but i want a reliable flash drive and literally every one on Amazon has 10-20% of the reviews as 1/2 stars complaining about failure within a year

I want a 64-128gb flash drive that is very reliable. My budget is technically ,imitless, but it has to make sense. I don't need one of the $500-600 flash drives I've seen. There's a point where it becomes unreasonable not to just carry around a few Sandisks or something and just on-spot backup files, and that point is somewhere in the $100 range for me I think unless I'm really convinced.

The more capacity, more flash memory chips. More flash chips, more proneness to fail.

Still rocking a 16GB SanDisk Cruzer after 7 years.
>>
Sony (type c) or Samsung or Kingston.

USB 3 thumb drives have the tendency to get really hot though so be careful.
>>
i have a corsair survivor and it's pretty bulletproof, R/W speeds are about as good as it gets for USB3 and its got an aluminium cover. bit heavy though so is kinda cringe when plugged into an overhanging usb port, without a table to rest on.

Help /g/ i accidently poured water on my CPU fan in an attempt to clean it. It's not working at all now, is it die? It's a good laptop, i'm not ready to let go.

Serves you right for being careless.

RIP
>>
the cpu fan is a relatively inexpensive part to replace
>>
>>56466404
Should have let it dry out you dumb mofo.
I clean fans with water all the time because IDGAF but I always let it dry before putting them back in and none have failed so far.

It's simpler to run two dozen fans under the tap instead of trying to wipe them down with a damp cloth one at a time.

Not my fans, not my problems, fans are consumables anyways. If they fail, you replace them.

Welcome to /fglt/ - Friendly GNU/Linux Thread.
Users of all levels are welcome to ask questions about GNU/Linux and share their experiences.

*** Please be civil, notice the "Friendly" in every Friendly GNU/Linux Thread. ***

Before asking for help, please check our list of resources[*].

If you would like to try out GNU/Linux you can do one of the following:
0) Install a GNU/Linux distribution of your choice in a Virtual Machine using VirtualBox or other software made for this puporse for safety purposes.
1) Use the Live ISO (if your distribution of choice has one) to boot directly into the GNU/Linux distribution without installing anything, that way, you can get to experience the GNU/Linux operating system without installing it.
2) Dual boot the GNU/Linux distribution of your choice along with Windows or macOS, this is recommended if you want to know more about the GNU/Linux operating system.
3) Go balls deep and replace everything with GNU/Linux.

Why is SCRUM/agile workflow such a meme?
Why are chad's invading our industry?
7 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Because all the spergs in our field does not know to handle themselves so we hire an autistic chad inject him loads of money so he can manage and sell stuff, therefore making money to your owner.
>>
>>56466347
Agile is good. Its about removing the waste processes that don't go towards delivering customer value. It's about being an adult and not needing a fucking manager to hold your hand while you get the job done.

Scrum is the meme that people too often equate to agile that needs to be burned at the stake with great intensity, along with all "scrum masters" and "coaches".
