I wonder if it would be possible to create an AI to analyses sport betting odds and actual results to discover patterns in bookmakers offers and get the fair odds of matches, removing physiological, statistical decoys and have better chance to win.

The only way you can really beat the bookie is to get smart with your betting. Handicap surefire football bets, cover your bets, minimise losses.
