I wonder if it would be possible to create an AI to analyses sport betting odds and actual results to discover patterns in bookmakers offers and get the fair odds of matches, removing physiological, statistical decoys and have better chance to win.

Bookie here.
There is no beating it.
There is no pattern.

12 horse race? 11/10 favourite? Guess what? Falls at the last, and the 50/1 shot pisses it.
It's all random.
The only way you can really beat the bookie is to get smart with your betting. Handicap surefire football bets, cover your bets, minimise losses.
You want to win big? You gotta be ready to spend.

Sure, you could look at any offers on the go, some high street bookmakers will even post these in windows, stuff like "£10 bet on Team to win and both to score: Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester City returns £140" well, take a look at the team lineups, form, and make the call for yourself whether or not to bet against something in that offer, there is always a wildcard.

You can't predict this shit mate. It's all random.

Potentially to help. There are some people that did regression analysis etc to create some kind of model to help in predictions, but not outright predict. If there was, it would've been done by everyone and their nan and the sports betting industry would be dead.
>>
well you could find surebets: bookmarkers offer different odds, not all sports have draws so imagine a tennis match,

bookmarker a : player a 11/10 player b 9/10
bookmarker b: player a 9/12 playber b 12/10

find these and bet on both players = no loss and a save win

Quite near impossible to do this, as bookmakers, large chains especially, have teams dedicated to examining the odds of other bookmakers, and adjust accordingly to prevent something like this happening.

You can cross-check across multiple bookmakers and look for sure gambles. A single joint will never write up the rates that would allow for it, but if you're aiming at a big enough scale you're bound to find some.

Bookies use A.I. so you'd be in for a challenge.
