There's all this talk about self driving cars taking over. What a joke. I personally think that this will only become a feature on cars, much like automatic transmissions, cruise control. Why would anyone want to give up complete control of their vehicles to the discretion of some fuckin pencil necked geeks who hate cars in the first place, and designed AI to control you?
Self driving cars. What a joke. Society will reject these things.

There are far fewer capital 'D' Drivers, that is, people who enjoy their time behind the wheel, out there than there are people driving cars.

>Why would anyone want to give up complete control of their vehicles to the discretion of some fuckin pencil necked geeks who hate cars in the first place
convenience. Get in your car half-dressed in the morning, say "okay car, drive me to work", and finish buttoning your shirt and shaving at eating breakfast on your commute. Then after work you go out with some people. You get falling-down drunk, stumble to your car, and say "Okay car, drive me home" and fall asleep and wake up in your garage.

Wrong.
Is it ok if I ask anons on /g/ to do a marketing survey to help me out for a marketing competition? The survey is regarding a device that takes 360 degrees pictures. So is it ok if I can ask for /g/ 's help to do the survey?

My cheapo mouse is crapping out. Is this thing any good? Is it worth the price? Is their "Darkfield laser" shit? I play a lot of really fast-paced shooter games, so that's all I really need it to be good at.
>>60320328
been using one of these for the past year or so, if you can afford it then i recommend it. build quality is unmatched to any other mouse i held. battery is rechargable and lasts AT LEAST a month and a half before needing recharging. when it comes to the darkfeild laser, i have only found 1 surface which it refuses to operate on, a very very white completely smooth table. +1 is that you can buy replacable parts such as the battery and mouse pad surfaces for really cheap from logitech.

Our goal for Free Open Source Software: Create the GameSphere using only BSD, GPL or other FOSS licenses
Ideas:
* Forking DSL, Debian or another Distro
* Using USB drives or SD cards for games & memory
* Use an obligatory anime catgirl as the boot screen
Please discuss
>>60319937
The canon gamesphere uses "A" and "B" as its buttons. Using A and B as our buttons signifies that we are trying to imitate Nintendo and Microsoft's proprietary shitlord empire.
We need to have abstract symbols for our buttons instead.
Games should be stored in solid-state cartridges.
The distro will be a custom fork of Gentoo.
Our hardware will interpret the game engine's graphics with OpenGL, and it will start up with LibreBoot.

My ISP sucks. They bill your data usage based on ANY traffic that crosses into your network.
That means broadcast traffic coming from the ISP side, for example, ARP, you get billed for.
I've done the research. I have the evidence. Last time I checked, Rogers bills you about 1GB per day, for broadcast layer 2 traffic coming from their side if you're in bridge mode.
Criminal ISP.
its fine here mate

Dear Users of the Internet, I come asking for your help and assistance. Currently, if you haven't been reading the news or keeping up with politics, there is a demand by the upper Federal Communications Commission to get rid of the Internet's safety-net titled Net Neutrality.
To put it bluntly, Net Neutrality is the idea/principle and rule/law that prohibits internet providers (corporations like Time Warner and Comcast as well cellphone data providers) from regulating the speed at which we get content from different domains and websites. If this new law were to pass than corporations would have direct control over what we can see and not see on the internet through bribing and controlling. This in turn would directly effect every site on the internet including this one. Let's be honest, 4chan doesn't have the largest user base, and because of that larger posting sites like Facebook could pay-off internet providers to slow down this site to snail pace.
So please 4chan as well as the rest of the internet grab my hand, put up your keyboards, and retaliate to let your opinion be heard. Because once Net Neutrality IS GONE IT WILL BE GONE FOREVER. Once corporations have their hands on the slow-down switch they will never take it off for sites like this that are full of people that voice their opinions. So again please VISIT THE FCC SITE https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/express
or http://gofccyourself.com/ and let your distress and anger be heard. In addition if you still don't believe me, check out this clip by comedian/newsman John Oliver (he may seem like a hack, but the guys has done his research knows what he is talking about).
Thank you for reading through this sign of distress/rant, and please spread this post and the word of Net Neutrality in general...
BECAUSE WE THE USERS OF THE WEB WANT NET NEUTRALITY NOT NET BRUTALITY.
#NetNeutralityNotNetBrutality
I know this sound insane, but it's true just by knowing the 4chan domain, it could be done. BUT, I DON"T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN. I <3 this site, and I respect the people that have the guts to post what they want without worrying about trolls.
Look, everyone except /r/The_Donald Trump shills from /pol/ supports NN, but you know that 4chan doesn't like to be called to arms like this lmao
Ladies and gentlemen, it's the man, the myth, and the jackass, John "SaveTheWeb" Oliver https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=92vuuZt7wak
Hey guys, stupid ass cable modem has a mini PCIe wifi card. If you remove it for privacy concerns (yes, HUGE problem here), the modem does not boot.
how do i even begin figuring out how to disable the card. look at all those pinouts.
>>60319338
By asking for a different one if can.
no BRIDGE mode?
Change infrastructure
Wtf are you doing, just use it normally fucking autist
>>60319374
come on bro. that's a joke!
there's a reason they don't let you pull it out, because with software they can turn it back on!
criminals don't even need to ask the ISP for your info any more
case in point. they get your IP, which shows mac address in hostname. they look it up with geo ip. shows them your neighborhood. they have a backdoor to your modem, turn on your wifi.
drive around until they find your mac address broadcast. now criminals, communists, etc, know where you live.
