Self-enquiry, try it.
>lit was too pretentious to post this
>fit was perfect for it but never interested me
What are some good books about cooking?
Not shitty recipe books like what /ck/ recommends, books about the theory and techniques of cooking. I need to eat to make actual gains.

If you like the bible, tao te ching (religious books)... search "Self-enquiry" or "Ramana Maharshi" (a Hindu) it's the king of them all, imo.
Anyone else? This is why I wear gloves.
Feanor did NOTHING wrong

"cancelled" lol
cute
I need books and shit to read, i spend too much timeplaying WoWoutside of the gym and work.I need my fucking unholy bracers goddamnit
Fitness plan is this
AxBxAxx
BxAxBxx
A:
30 minutes cardio (repeat day)
3x5-8 bench press
1x5 deadlift
3x6-8 lat pulldowns
3x6-8 tricep pressdowns
3x6-8 bicep curls
3x6-8 dumbel side lateral raises
B:
30 minutes cardio (progression day)
3x5-8 seated dumbel shoulder press
3x6-8 seated wide grip cable row
3x6-8 tricep pressdowns
3x6-8 bicep curls
3x10 hanging leg raises
3 sets pushups to failure
I don't like squats and I do a fuck ton of cardio. Should probably replace the cable rows with barbell rows, but I think I have a lot more control over the motion with cables.

"He writes well, he writes as he is, we like him. He is large and wonderful and robust like a buffalo, athletic, created to live the life that he describes and that he could not describe without his physique, but such giants as he are bashful. Beneath the surface, H is more intensely 'Hemingway' than has been assumed." – James Joyce
Is Hemingway the embodiment of /fitlit/?

I'm going to post some pretty easily achievable baseline requirements that are no means meant to be 'peak performance', just a benchmark. You may ONLY post in this thread if you:
>are fit (can do 10 pull-ups)
>possess or are pursuing a STEM degree
>if in college, you have been to a party in the past two weeks (for social gains)
>have 3 or more really close friends
>have good cardio, able to keep up in a fast-paced game of soccer or basketball
>don't do hard drugs, smoke weed no more than once every 2-3 weeks on average
>a hobby you're truly passionate about and could go on and on about other than lifting/studying (doesn't matter if it's a loser hobby like vidya, anime or model trains, if you've checked the other boxes so far you've already proven yourself to be not NEET-tier)
>are AT LEAST 5'10" king of manlets
What do you score out of 8 /fitlit/?
In university for economics, but other than that, I check them all.
I would also add some sexual experience in the past 2 weeks
>10 pullups
swap that with 270+ wilks
2
