I have been meditating for about 6 months now (40 minutes a day in two 20 minute sessions), and I want to share with you guys that you should start meditating; virtually everyone benefits. This is no longer a placebo, weird thing Asians do. Many top executives, celebrities, people with mental problems, or stressful lives do it, and science has shown it works. I will post a brief 20-30 minute meditation with the aid of a binaural tone to help achieve a deeper state for novices; this is how I did it at the start. I had problems with anxiety, negative rumination, and poor emotional control. Basically, constantly thinking about the past/immediate future, and stress from work, girls, whatever would ruin me. I didn't want to go on drugs, so I chose to start meditating as an experiment. It is important to understand that the immediate effects are stress reduction, the other benefits you will notice over time, like it is with exercise. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. Things I have noticed:
>vastly increased self-awareness
>discerning reality from make-believe caused by over stimulation (things you tell yourself as stories over and over again, which you believe are true)
>greater emotional stability (less angry outbursts, not letting a trivial thing escalate further)
>more empathy (a greater ability to understand from the other person's point of view)
>better decision making (less focused on immediate gratification; more in-tune with what will benefit me in the long-run
>reduced stress; reduced reaction towards things which do not go as I intended.

Instructions on this 20-30 minute meditation. This youtube video is a binaural tone. You have to listen to it with good headphones; it works by aiding your brain go into a deeper meditative state.

1.)put on good headphones and play this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5G6mLNfayA
2.) Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
3.) First notice the sounds and noise; both from your environment and the youtube video.
4.) Place your attention to your breathe.
5.) On each breath, look for that brief moment, the b reath gap, from when you are full with air and just before you exhale.
6.)In this moment, there is a momentarily ego death.
7.)Keep doing this, looking for the breath gap.
8.) Thoughts will arise. Let the thoughts come. Try not to react to them. Just let them come and fade away. Return attention to breath.
9.)Attention should increase after 5 minutes. Do not change your breathing, just breathe normally. Increase awareness on breathing, such as the point of where air hits the nostrils, how your shoulders raise slightly as you breathe, how your stomach falls as you exhale.
10.) After 5-10 minutes you should be breathing pretty slow now and relaxed: About 4-5 breathes a minute. Continue paying attention to the breath gap for the full duration of the video.
11.)Once video ends, you should be profoundly relaxed.
12.) Continue for 5-10 more minutes after video ends, and exit.

Also i apologize for the graphic nature of all this but like i said i am not going to censor it because i want answers.

I guess i will start where it all began. A few months ago i started having absolutely mind shattering orgasms (i'm male by the way). I don't mean regular orgasms but long drawn out ones that would last for hours and completely incapacitate me. The feeling completely envelopes me from head to toe and i ejaculate a ridiculous amount, so much that i thought i was going to die or something from dehydration. The orgasms are not normal in the sense that they are not correspondent to contractions but rather a long buildup and then it shoots out in an uninterrupted stream that can last minutes, and after that it turns into a thick clear fluid and then eventually just clear liquid, the clear liquid can keep going for - and i am not even kidding - half an hour or an hour, then after that the orgasm keeps going but it is dry.

The first time it happened it was random during a regular fap session, but now i have developed some control over it and can do it regularly. Often during these events my ears would crack violently and i would have an immense feeling of being healed of some nameless ailment.

That's the sexual part of it.

Since this happened i have noticed changes in my body, i can hear better - MUCH better, if someone has a strong heartbeat i can hear it from a few feet away if it is quiet. I can see better, i play numerous sports and my performance has increased ten fold. My physical energy has also increased, I can run longer and faster and lift a lot more. cont'd

I have better connections with people now, my girlfriend and i are much closer than we have ever been. I am able to look strangers in the eye longer and seem to have some sense of deep empathy for them that wasn't there before. I have also had more success at work because my interactions with people have become much richer. I have dreams that are so intense and so real that i remember every detail, i have been able to derive huge amounts of understanding of myself from them.

There's more even stranger things, i will go on if someone requests, but that is the gist of it.

Femanon visiting. I'm 5'4, 112 lbs. I'm just starting to bulk at 200 kcal over maintenance. My goal body is pic related. I plan on bulking till about the end of March or mid-April, then cutting.

I guess my question is, how long do you think I should actually bulk for, considering I want to look good for June/July. Any calorie advice would be welcome, and also is this goal body achievable for one bulk?
