Past a certain age, there's nothing you can do, however, certain behaviors will create straighter teeth, stronger chins, and a more define jawline:

>keep teeth together, touching and firmly placed but not grinding
>breathe through nose only (make sure to avoid getting a cold by getting lots of sleep, eating right, etc.)
>place tongue on roof of mouth as opposed to letting it lie flat, push it forward into your teeth and then push upwards, maintain this throughout the day. This prevents air flow through the mouth, creating stronger incentives for nose breathing, as well as widening the face, and pushing the cheekbones upward.

For pictures, you can affect an underbite, where you place your bottom teeth over your front teeth and clamp down, pulling your bottom teeth back on your front teeth, and then a slight smile - without revealing the teeth - will complete your disguise, giving you the appearance of an extremely strong jaw and chin. For obvious reasons, you cannot grin while you do this, but some models do this for distinct photos, especially photos from angles that make the jaw look smaller.

Proper posture also does wonders for the jawline.
