CARLOS!
This is honestly the best bit of animated entertainment I've seen all year, and I literally caught this on the last day of 2016. Beautifully crafted, fun animation, building real drama without big set pieces, relying not on gimmicks or pop songs but telling the story respectfully, this puts multi-million dollar movies to shame.
Go watch this if you're a British person.
Going to dump some screenshots. Nearly every scene in this thing is well composed.
>it's a Sokka becomes a master swordsman in one afternoon episode
>it's a Sokka is the only one other than Aang that's dead and is ignored for most of Korra episode
>>88834340
I was under the impression that it was like 3-7 days, either way I agree with you it did seem like a short amount of time for any meaningful progress in swordsmanship to have been made.
>>88834340
>it's a Sokka's the best character by far but gets shit on by faggot benders left and right episode
What was his problem?

He married Madonna

He was given magical shoes.

FROM A HIP-HOP MOTOWN DUDE!
Seriously what the fuck does Motown mean?
You know how Nickelodeon has a weird way of counting Spongebob episodes? They refuse to count a couple of them, making the amount of episodes inconsistent. The reason for this is a lost episode from season 1.
Finding details about this missing episode is difficult, no one who was working on the show at the time likes to talk about it. From what has been pieced together, the lost episode was written entirely by Stephen Hillenberg. During production of the first season, Steve started to act strangely. He was very quiet, seemed nervous and morbid. Mentioning this to anyone who was present results in them getting very angry, and forbidding you to ever mention it to Steve. I first heard of it at an event where Tom Kenny was speaking. Someone in the crowd asked about the episode, and Kenny simply left the stage, ending the presentation hours early. The episode's production number was 0066, the title was Dead Krabs. The episode labeled 0066, Bossy Boots, was made later and given Dead Krab's production code to hide the latter's existence.
In addition to getting angry, asking anyone who was on the show about this will cause them to do everything they can to stop you from directly communicating with Stephen Hillenberg. At a fan event, I managed to follow him after he spoke to the crowd, and eventually had a chance to talk to him alone as he was leaving the building. He didn't seem upset that I had followed him, probably expected a typical encounter with an obsessive fan. When I mentioned the lost episode though, all color drained from his face and he started trembling. When I asked him if he could tell me any details, he sounded like he was on the verge of tears. He grabbed a piece of paper, wrote something on it, and handed it to me. He begged me never to mention the episode again.
The piece of paper had a website address on it, I would rather not say what it was, for reasons you'll see in a second. I entered the address into my browser, and I came to a site that was completely black, except for a line of yellow text, a download link. I clicked on it, and a file started downloading. Once the file was downloaded, my computer went crazy, it was the worst virus I had ever seen. System restore didn't work, the entire computer had to be rebooted. Before doing this though, I copied the file onto a CD. I tried to open it on my now empty computer, and as I suspected, there was an episode of SpongeBob Squarepants on it.

Please tell me you guys aren't going to consider Aaron's Thor run "saved" when this moment happens even after it's come after years of the Insufferable Whor as well as Thor being hammerless for most of it.
>>88833965
Aaron's run is mostly good though. And if having Thor back brings it to Godbutcher levels I don't see the problem
But Whor is good.
Joke's on you. I enjoyed JaneThor for what it was supposed to be.
Why are people hyped for this?
I genuinely don't see the appeal of adding this to DC canon
>>88833862
People are hyped for the mystery more than anything else.
>>88833862
Youre right, OP.
Its literally the plotline from Infinite Crisis.
Except Johns is pulling from parallel IPs that were never a part of the DCU.

R8 my tastes.
Would you /co/?
Do you trust comic's "critics"? And do you take their reviews seriously?
>comics critics
>>88833531
Not at all, the vast majority are pushing a political agenda instead of actual reviews or caring about the health of the industry.
>>88833531
Not at all. People have different views on and different tastes in comics. In the best of cases you'll find some good points in a review about the technical aspect of the comic, or have a nice interpretation that put some light on something you have missed.
But for the most part, I look for reviews of works I liked, then I bookmark the critics that gave that work good reviews, and when they like something else I give it a try; it allowed me to discover a few nice series.
Why didn't Superman just put his hands over Zod's eyes?

Drawing styles like this literally makes me happy. Anything else similar?

What is your opinion on this show?
No, you can't use the word, "Reddit".
Season one was a lot of fun all the way through.
Season two had some enjoyable MOMENTS.
I feel indifferent about Season three.
Great show. I prefer season two over season one.
