What is your thoughts on Doogal/the magic roundabout
>>90112296
I heard it's one of the worst animated films of all time. I haven't seen it myself, though.
>>90112296
I swear I have the DVD for this somewhere.
>>90112410
i remember having one that got scratched up a ton
Why is he so fucking annoying?
>>90112277
Him, Greg, and Peridot are the only characters I like. Steven was annoying initially, but in a show that loves to keep personalities stagnant, he's had a lot of growth. His decisions make sense, and his approach to problems seem to evolve.
>>90112277
He has pretty much stopped being annoying by season 2.
>>90112325
Peridot should rename herself to Invader Peridot
So there's a Loud bomb this weekAnd that's the naked truth

For the last time, Steve... You want to kiss Adolf on the jaw, not sock him!

Sigh. Why is Marvel so afraid to make anything other than a comedy?

They've seen the diminished returns of Grimkino?
I'm going with that.
They are shooting for actually decent critical and audience reviews. And moolah.

What is Loud House?
>>90110273
What is Loud House/Steven Universe.
What is "The Loud House"
>More than just being relevant, the final pod of Season 4 is designed to specifically reward loyal fans of the series. There will be a lot of changes and everything will get "mixed up," but it also will pay off storylines that have been left hanging for seasons.
>Gregg teased that Hydra will come back in a way that "will surprise the crap out of people."
>post yfw /ourguy/ is coming back
Sounds like Graviton to me
I would hope not, he was the best of the show but his tale came to an end
I mean, that would really show how far has AoS fallen if they kept repeating the same antagonist over and over each season

>Ian Quinn gets the Darkhold

Why he's not on Rebirth? Manhattan os Just hype. Empty Hand is better as a villain.
>>90109229
Befcause making him the villain of a particular event would go against Morrison's idea of what the empty hand is. He's a consequence of the never ending story: As new events and cosmic stories come, the villains keep getting bigger and bigger. The empty hand is the villain at the end of the infinite story, once he comes it's all over. At best he can be postponed, but as long as there is a hand turning the pages, the empty hand will be at the end.

Oh...
>>90109229
Johns is a hack and the manhattan thing it's nothing more than a gimmick ordered by WB. Johns is a bitch.

tv show instead of movie now brah
Why was Stan so horrendous at writing girls? Marvel Girl, Invisible Girl, Karen Page, Pepper Potts, Jane Foster, Betty Ross, etc. all awful characters. The only one with a spark of life was Betty Brant in ASM because of the brother issues.
You can say it's a product of the era but look at pic related from X-Men. Jack Kirby clearly plotted and drew Marvel Girl using her powers to save the team but Stan awkwardly crammed in text bubbles to give Xavier the credit.
>>90107628

The Marvel Method at work, my friend!

>Jack Kirby clearly plotted and drew Marvel Girl using her powers to save the team but Stan awkwardly crammed in text bubbles to give Xavier the credit
That's exactly why it's a product of the era. Kirby was progressive, believed women were just as heroic as men, and drew his female characters with equal (and sometimes greater) participation compared to their male counterparts.
Stan, the businessman, was concerned about the bottom line. And in Stan's eyes having the lady save the day in the 60s was bad for business. Of course he changed his tune in the 70s when he realized he could make a buck off feminist characters.
I don't mean for this to turn into rampant Stan-bashing, the guy's business smarts are half the reason why Marvel became so successful. Kirby's genius is of course the other half and unfortunately their personalities proved to mix like oil and vinegar. But them's the breaks.
>thanks for seeing us off guys
>of course, we care about you finn and jake
WAS IT THAT HARD
It is for a sociopath.
>>90107445
For an immortal monster who feeds on the suffering of others? Absolutely.
Marceline cares though.
I don't watch the show regularly (no pun intended), but I gotta ask, why is Princess Bubblegum such a bitch to Finn and why is there such a huge lesbo tone between her and Marceline?
Jesus christ why is King's Batman such an idiot and a whimp? Fucking Holly Robinson gets the jump on him, he'd be dead if Catwoman didn't save his sorry ass. He needed Gotham Girl to bail his ass out in the first arc, too. Not to mention getting his ass beat by Bane and Bronze Tiger.
I mean really I was hoping after all those years of Snyder having Bruce fuck up everything that we'd finally have a book where Batman was a bad ass again, but fuck me I guess...
Part of me wonders if he's trying to avoid going full Bat-God as some writers are wont to do. That's why you get stuff like Bruce sacrificing himself to save a plane or unbreaking (?) his back, but then he jobs.
To be fair, he and his squad managed to out-keikaku Bane.
>>90106650
he should have seen that attack come from a mile away to be honest, this isn't really batgod stuff it's just normal vigilance
I've only ever read Morrison's various Batman stories, and Frank Miller's shitty Dark Knight books.
From the complaints and pictures posted here, I really want to start buying this book. I love that King is out right rejecting Bat-God.
Batman is just some split personality trust fund baby who never went to much needed therapy, and decided he wanted to dress up in a bat fetish suit to beat people up, while claiming he was "serving justice."
