Depends on the pizza. Some places make pizzas that are decent hot, but terrible cold. A lot of thin crusts don't survive the cooling process well.

You know the best part of moving back in with your parents is the food?

like tonight, i was all prepared to cook sichuan chilli stirfry, my mum, told me not took start cooking because it was too early, then she cooked it while i was out of the room on the other side of the house less than half an hour later

nothing better than having sichuan chilli stirfy taste like nothing but coconut because "i didn't want it to be too spicy, so i added some coconut cream! It BETTER NOT BE TOO HOT ANON!"

as in she literally added an entire can of the stuff

I sure do love the variety of food here

Pasta sauce from a jar
stir fry sauce from a jar
curry from a jar mixed with a can of coconut cream to make it taste like coconut every single time
pre-seasoned roasts with oven chips, fried eggs and a packet of cheesy noodles
well done steaks with oven chips, fried eggs and a packet of cheesy noodles
sometimes they get adventurous and have a boxed "taco" kit, but don't use the spices
sometimes mum will make a pot of soup with 2 minute noodles, very flavorful!

when my brother said he couldn't stand living with our parents because they eat the same things constantly and sound fucking disgusting when they stuff their fat faces with whatever bland over-salted slop they "cooked" from a packet he had no idea what he was missing out on.

It's so awesome living with people who get angry when you cook "too many vegetables!" and thing 250g of frozen vegetables is enough for 3 people. gotta get that "ruffage"! absolutely fantastic when 60 year olds eating habits are identical to a 6 year olds. they don't eat beans, don't like salsa, eat few vegetables and a lot of simple carbs. Sweet potatoes? ok, a small one is enough for 3 people, regular potatoes? 3 each of course!

if i don't get a new job soon i'm going to poison the food and double murder suicide these fucking pigs

Hi co/ck/s, my flatmate has something wrong with his face so it's swelled up to the point that it's hard to move his jaw and painful to chew.

He gave me a whole load of tasty leftovers he had that would be too difficult to eat, I'd like to repay him by cooking something tasty but soft. At the moment he is just eating tinned soup & yogurt, and I know he hates soup.

Any ideas?

trying out new cocktails today. its around 9:30 a.m. and its raining so I'm thinking I'm gonna stay in today and try some new recipes for cocktails. right now i've made a J.D. and Coke with a splash of Tobasco sauce to spice it up a bit. I call it a jacksy tobascy

i'm not personally a big fan of jack and coke, or any kind of mixture with coke (more of a vodka water w/lime // vodka anything as long as its not a super sugary mix kinda guy) but I think i'm diggin this

anyway, i guess just post your favourite drinks to make/drink/pour down the sink and any innovative concoctions you've come up with

i made a better steak than you did tonight.

coated with salkt and rested for a few hours before i seared it for 4 ish minutes per side then rested for ten min.

roasted asparagus with garlic lemon salt pep for 12 ish minutes, super dank

deglazed my pan with onions mushrooms and balsamic vinegar. great topping for the steak.

did i mention i basted the steak with a few tablespoons of european butter and fresh rosemary sprigs??

lol at sou vide, at grilling and even broiling. if you sear properly and rest you are fine

I made this shroom pizza. IDK about you guys but I think it came out really well. it was embarrassingly easy to make too, no special techniques or ingredients.

You guys should try it some time. It takes like an hour and a half prep time. And half of that is chopping/cleaning the veggies.
