Seriously?! That's still stupid. My risk of dying is now up to like 100% considering all the milk and dairy I've consumed. I love how 10 years ago everyone was told to consume more dairy to lose weight. I couldn't give a shit what they claim is healthy and safe to eat or not. Everything in moderation - we all die eventually anyways no matter how good you try to eat.

They will continue to flip flop on what is healthy to eat or not every 10 years or so, all the while adding sugar to everything to keep getting people hooked. Keeping up with dietary recommendations is pointless.
