If you are truly smart, you wouldnt be asking the question. You would be studying X (robotics, other technology, phones, whatever) and finding ways to make the process better, alter it for the better, add X, blah blah, blag.
And yes. Every single coroporate enviorment are awful. All companies across the world, many of which no one has even heard of or proven awful, are awful. Read a book.
I remember back in the early 00's yahoo had an investment game where you got 100k in play money to invest on actual stocks. I believe the top players were given prizes. It also allowed you to see other players portfolios.
I got into the top 100 a couple times by following the top players investments and never ended the month with less than the 100k I started with.
The top players were turning 100k into millions of dollars and some of the players were regulars near the top.
So what I'm asking out of curiosity mostly and maybe even for following their trades, is there an investment game that is fairly easy to navigate that shows other players portfolios?

1.bitcoin because its still the number 1 crypto currency,it has the biggest market share,adoption,network power ,has a set amount of coins (21 million) has no leader meddling (unlike vitalik buterin),I'm keeping a close eye on ethereum but I don't believe it will ever overtake Bitcoin.

3.Bitcoin mining is not feasible anymore it's all centralised in China with massive warehouses full of equipment.

How can I get into the bitcoin/cryptocurrency trading without all this verification and bank stuff I have to do to even buy bitcoin? Talk to me about commercial real estate in the US biz. Where do people look for this shit.
If I wanted to start a lazer tag place, would it need to be special somehow, or can I just rent a warehouse and put some decorations up?

Commercial real estate is mostly just keeping track of zoning and local ordinances. No idea what you'd need space wise for laser tag, but as long as you comply with any zoning/epa regs, and noise it's probably fine. The costs tend to be high because of legal paperwork involved. NIMBYs don't like loud venues anywhere nearby them because muh property values.
Just be aware that commercial real estate does not have the same tenant protections that residential real estate does. You don't pay, the 'eviction' process is a lot simpler. In many states they can just show up and start taking stuff to sell to pay the rent. Make sure you understand what your contractual obligations are. The last thing you want is for the landlord to show up and steal your AC unit at 3PM in august.

I am not too worried about not being able to pay - I would have costs up front if I tried this. More interested in the type off bs paperwork.
I have no idea where to start looking. I have two ideas - one is a big warehouse somewhere outside of town, another is a two-three story building near campus. I am guessing the latter would be a lot more expensive, and it seems like it's just talking to owners at that point or something.
