How can I get into the bitcoin/cryptocurrency trading without all this verification and bank stuff I have to do to even buy bitcoin? I have certain circumstances that limits the ability to retrieve such materials to prove who I am, so how can I go about doing this without using localbitcoin (no one in my area)? I would really like to get into the game but like I said I just don't have access to these materials that every website requires to prove who I am.

I know it's hard starting out, OP.
Easiest way to buy bitcoin is with Circle or Coinbase. But, since you don't want to use a bank account, just use paxful or localbitcoins. Buy a giftcard with cash, sell it for bitcoin. Have them send it to your wallet, preferably you want a wallet that has gives you one, un-changing address. If someone sends your bitcoin to the wrong address your money could get lost in cyberspace.
For trading what you want is poloniex. You can buy and sell cyptocoins for bitcoin. All you need to do is deposit Bitcoin into your poloniex account, no bank, no ID, no nothing, and you can buy all the hot new coins out there.
Getting your bitcoins back to fiat is another problem though. You could try buying the giftcards and selling them on a gift card site. They would need a bank account, but they wouldn't need ID verification or anything. If you really could use a bank at all, you could sell them on localbitcoins for cash. Selling on localbitcoins is pretty involved though.
Hopeful something in here helps you, if you have any questions let me know.

Do you at least have a PayPal
As a newbie, I used a credit card to buy bitcoin at Circle, where there's no fee. Then I got a wallet at Jaxx.co, and sent the Circle BTC to Jaxx ETH. Jaxx does charge a slight conversion fee, though. Very easy.
Buying Trumpcoins got me into it. Check out their c cex guide, easy as fuck.go to the store and put money on Amazon cards with cash. Save reciepts then hit paxful and ur good.trust me dog.

Adding on to his statement paxful is probably the best way to get no ID bitcoins as you can either trade with a private seller for gift card or direct deposit the their bank account. But yea, they will jew you. If you could use circle or coinbase you could bypass the bs. Why can't you get to id, op?

Setup a bitcoin wallet too.
If you really want to do this you could PayPal me a small amount of money, I buy the currency and send it to your wallet. I will take a commission tho.
