Got on the GIGL train and doing well. Enjoy your lackluster gains cryptards.
>tfw polo just scammed me out of my xrp gains
>tfw had .7 btc @ 650 sat
Sold it because i was afraid it would go down more. I always pick the shitty coins.
>>1923379
But anon, you could have had 7 btc if you didn't
Is polo still down for everyone else?
How much would it cost to buy your own island with a nice little home atop of it? I want to escape from this evil, evil world.
look it up yourself
http://www.privateislandsonline.com/
it gets really expensive when you need
>a boat and pier
>water source
>electrical source
better off just buying somewhere remote, or a good boat
>>1923008
Is that an outhouse on the far left? I can't imagine it has proper plumbling.
>tfw when you have to shit at night
>tfw when the outhouse is at the very edge of the island
>tfw when you go over the top, drench yourself in cold water which clentches your anus, then scale it all the way up again
>tfw when want to shit once more

Why build such a generic suburban home in a location like that?
>TFW to intelligent too work or start a business
um...ok
Does the government just send you a check for being so intelligent?
>>1922940
>TFW too intelligent to work or start a business so you invest all your savings into meme coins with hopes of 100x your investment and you watch the charts day in and day out patiently waiting for the coins to moon so you can finally tell your mom you made it by showing your fat bank account and when she asks "how did you get this" you reply "I made some smart investments" while knowing well that you have no knowledge of the market or the coins you only bought them because you saw some neets get rich of it and took advice from anonymous people on a japanese cartoon forum
How much do those journalists who do news pieces on the VICE youtube channel make annually? I kinda wanna do something like this as a career.
Not very much - know a guy who's actually in their videos and found out his rate is about 250/day. He somehow owns a 2 bedroom house in Los Angeles (~900k USD). Likely scenario = trust fund/'my great grandfather invented the...'.
>Wanting to work for a SJW/feminist (((journalism))) firm.
I cringe everytime i see something from vice, specially their forced drug documentaries.
>>1922923
>250/day
I mean it's not bad except that it's likely hard to get the job
And throw in that it's probably pretty fun most of the time
>Costco
I like the skylights, they make it feel more comfortable.
>Publix
It's employee owned, has all-around good quality, and doesn't have one of those dumb store cards.
>Sport Chek
Really great return policy.

Hello y'all, I recently got my hands on an insurance check that my parents set me up with. I am now looking certain ways to store the money.
<Right here is where I say I'm sorry for any bullshit or financially analphabetic things I might say>
I am strongly considering buying a few (2-3) 1Oz gold coins (like a Canada leaf and an Austrian Philharmonic) and leaving the rest to buy some Swiss francs. Would this be smart? Or should I consider suicide?
The savings are at mid XXXX mark, currently in a bank, that is 95% local capital, in Euros (Yes I'm a Europoor).
How old are you? If you're young I'd allocate more to equities and less to gold/silver.
>>1922758
I have recently reached legal age, so I am young.
Equities in my opinion don't seem logical, since I have bitter memories from the 2008-2009 crisis, when the prices on real estate got blasted out, then there were some stocks bought by my relatives, which didn't fare very well, and since the amount of money isn't all that big, I though Gold/silver would be a good start, furthermore, I am not really looking to get a noticable profit or anything.
>>1922808
>I am not really looking to get a noticable profit or anything.
Then you aren't really looking for an investment, you're looking for a store of value.

A decentralized means of tracking Good Boy Points
Good idea?
>instead of mining you receive GoodBoyCoin (GBC) for activities like cleaning your coom, doing dishes, or mowing the lawn
>cash them in for tendies and other snacks
>trade them with your friends at school
And here's the real kicker:
>you go to your friends house, his mother will also accept your GBC
>if you haven't been a good boy you won't get to purchase any tendies
>if your on really good behavior his mother will distribute more GBC back to you
Also:
>segwit
>zk-snarks
>bip192
What if mommy's mining rig is shit and I can't get the GBP I deserve?
Mummy gives out the good boy points so she determines the inflation percentage
This means only Mummys can be PoS nodes for determining the allocation of good boy points
I hate this board

Hey guys,
I am an industrial engineer from Germany and looking for an internship at Apple, Samsung, Google, Tesla or a similar type of company that has a positive impact on the technology worldwide.
Is it possible to make here some business contacts?
I think you're probably better off doing random emails on Linkedin than finding someone here.

It's good advice. Too bad most people fell for college's saying "invest in your education, invest in yourself" meme.
