Is it normal to find money more sexually arousing than the sex itself?
Would you rather have sex with the most beautiful woman on Earth (in your eyes), or a guaranteed 100% gain in net worth?
>>1922292
>guaranteed 100% gain in net worth
not even a question
I'm a poorfag who's going to have increased his net worth by over 100% by the end of the year anyways so I'd take the sex option. Ask me in five years and my answer would likely be different.
>>1922292
If she would bear me a child I'd take sex with some top tier genes. Otherwise the doubling for sure.
Why don't we just stop printing money to end inflation?
>>1922288
But growth...
But tbtf...
But social welfare....
>>1922288
Because inflation isn't a bad thing just like debt isn't always bad. They are just concepts. Look at The Great Depression for a good idea of what sustained deflation will do to an economy and a society.
>>1922288
Every form of social parasite depends on more money.
Good luck telling leeches they should just stop sucking blood.
I own an apartment in Russia (St.Petersburg)
I want to rent the apartment to get some $$$ but I don't live in Russia myself.
So the problem is what would i do if the tenant doesn't pay the rent?
I can't even take him to court cause i live so far away.
There has to be a way around this...
>>1922253
Hey, I own several properties in a country I am not even a resident of. Generally in the 3 countries I've invested which have wildly different judicial system than my home country of Canada will have professional property managers that can do both Airbnb and rentals. They will usually handle the contracts as well and take care of recourse/eviction in the event of non payment. They take 5% of gross yield from the rent amount in addition to 1 month of rent (when payed) on a 2 month lease. Effectively for me it is turnkey with maybe 30 mins of work a updating my spreadsheet.
You could also pay friends and family to do it
>>1922253
You can hire someone to take care of this for you for some fee. There are companies that provide these kinds of services
>>1922253
Make your renter believe you live nearby or that you travel regularly to St Petersburg, they can't really verify that.
Or pay someone to take care of business on your behalf. In my country, there are people who do just this - oversee rentals for multiple owners who don't have the ability to do it themselves.
>Request invoices paid in silver & gold legal tender
>Calculate the price charged using spot prices of PM's.
>Invoice nominal price to customer
>Liquidate some PM'S to pay businesses expenses, pay yourself wages in legal tender bullion.
i.e. I charge $1250 for a job, get paid with a single 1oz gold eagle with a face value of $100 significanlty reducing my tax bill and undercutting competition due to lower price.
Tell me why this wouldn't work? I can't see an issue.
>>1922181
Why would you no longer be liable for tax?
>>1922200
Wouldn't be exempt, but for example if tax was at 20%it's going to be a hell of a lot less on $100 than $1250

Want to be an ""automatic"" millionaire? Then this is the thread for you.
I'll break it down: beginner, intermediate, and advance. Doesn't matter where you're at in life, this thread will be immensely useful for you. So without further rambling, let's advance our Jewitsu.
BEGINNER'S LEVEL: at this level, you're just fixing yourself the mindset to become a millionaire - without the proper mindset, you won't get anywhere (cliche but true).
Here, you want to have the long term mindset of just saving money. You're smarter than the average goy if you save, save, save.
Save money like a Jew:
1. Have FREE media. Torrent all your books (epub or mobi format) and put it into your e-reader. If you live close to a library, just use the shit out of that.
2. Do you know Jews wear the same clothes every day? If he has cum stains on his pants, he just use a magic marker to erase it. Copy the Jew. Try not to spend more then $60 for a high quality clothing item; wear said clothing item evey day, so you amortize the the item to a penny per day (think about cost per wear!)

>>1922039
3. Your two biggest expense is transportation and housing. LIVE WITH YOUR PARENTS. As for transportation, depending on your needs, you either buy a cheap 10 years old Honda and drive it until it dies, use public transportation, or use Uber (if it's cheaper for you compared to a car - you need to do a calcuation for this)
4. Learn to cook simple meals. The crock pot is your friend. Stop eating out so much - but if you do it out, opt for cheap meals ("fast casual dinning")
5. It's about cheap pussy. Stop spending so much money on girls, man. Fucking a hooker might be cheaper in the long run - think deeply about this.
6. Let go of material desires. Enjoy enjoy the simple things in life. Spiritual people like monks and nuns live simple but very happy lives. You can buy yourself nice things or go on vacations - but don't think you'll be happy just because you got the material items (you won't)

(I know a a faggot boy anime fan spent THOUSANDS of dollars on comic books and anime DVDs, when he could have just streamed it online. He needs to learn the way of the Jew. Do not be a dumb goy falling for the consumer lifestyle)
Once you mastered the beginner's phase of being a cheap Jew, you're ready to move on to the intermediate level.
>>1922043
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: So you saved your shekels like a master Jew, now you're ready to invest like a shrewd Jew. To be an investor, you need to learn and be smarter than the average person (why do you think the Jew always have his nose on the book that he stole from the library? He is the shekel master)
1. Invest in the stocks market. Pick good solid stocks - the blue chips. Or invest in ETFs and let you money grow at at a solid "7 percent" yearly rate. Invest 10 percent of your savings into meme coins (BTC, XMR, ETH)
2. At this point, you want to study about commerce, finance, economics (the Jewish trinity). You want to elite tier books by Felix Dennis, Richard Branson.
If you're fresh, you can start reading okay-meme books like:
A) The Millionaire Next Door: The Surprising Secrets of America's Wealthy
by Thomas J. Stanley (summary: be a cheap Jew)
B) Rich Dad Poor Dad: What The Rich Teach Their Kids About Money That the Poor and Middle
by Robert T. Kiyosaki (summary: invest and let money work for you)
C) The Automatic Millionaire, Expanded and Updated: A Powerful One-Step Plan to Live and Finish Rich by David Bach (summary: put money into ETFs)
D) I Will Teach You To Be Rich by Ramit Sethi
F) The Millionaire Fastlane: Crack the Code to Wealth and Live Rich for a Lifetime by MJ DeMarco

Want a transfer? Fee. Want to buy? Fee. Want to sell? Fee. Want to login? Fee. Want to sign out fee. Want to scroll? Fee! Can someone please for love of God make competitor for these Fee loving Jews!
The fees are like practically nothing, unless you're making $2 trades. Every exchange charges fees.
At least they're not as bad as Coinbase, steals 3% for exchanging BTC to USD.
>>1922018
Seriously. The fee structure is amazing compared to traditional stock brokers (e.g. Scottrade $7 per trade)
>>1922018
Fuck the only fee I would enable is sell. I'd take 0.01% then let people their fortune. Not fucking rob them for everything they do.
SO theres a lot of hubbub around these cards and how people can commit fraud, whos had this happen to them? or done it themselves.
Ive collected about 23 cards in the past month and Ive read that they can still work even after being cancelled. Should I just go out and try, for science?
Im not gonna much out of it, maybe a few free groceries.

How did you collect them?

Are you not scared of being caught?
>>1921992

How do I invest in illegal drug sales? I don't want to sell it myself but surely there must be a way to manipulate other people into selling them for me?
>i just fb chatted with my drug addict ex gf who told me she used to make over $1000 a day selling hard drugs
Whatever you do, just remember to pay your taxes. Don't fuck with the IRS.
Sell cutting agents, crack pipes, jewelry bags?
"manipulating people to sell drugs" is what a drug dealer does.
Buy a kilo, dispense it out to your own dealers, take a cut. Ez.
Just turned 19, /biz/, I have $7000 USD to my name, a car with no transmission, no drivers license, and in two weeks my parents are moving across the country on extremely short notice (yesterday). What would you do in my situation?

Tether is a centralized coin right? Think it will fail if there is a bitcoin crash (big crash that affects alts too), and everyone is liquidating their coins? Is it really that safe to trust with large amounts of money?
No one knows about tether?
Pegs always fail
>>1921903
Yeah that's what I thought. So, it's better to just cash out of crypto completely and take the tax hit?
I've read that if you purchase bullion they don't report it, as long as you purchase less than $10k. JMBullion accepts bitcoin. Any flaws in this plan?
Lets hear it /biz/ shill your favourite shitcoin to me, and tell me why I should buy it. No milo or lepen though, not gonna happen.

/biz/ help me : I love the Mercedes GLC (pic related) and I'm currently doing and engineering degree. I was wondering if I could eventually afford one once I have my degree and get employed, so I could use that in the meantime as motivation when feeling down/not feeling like studying.
Basically the MSRP for a brand new 2017 GLC is around $45,000/50,000 CAD and the average wagecuck salary in my field after 3 years of experience is around $60,000 a year. So the car price is about 75% of the yearly salary
So without beating around the bush, is it unreasonable for me to think that after getting out of uni and working for some time I'll be able to afford one ?
What's /biz/'s rule of thumb when it comes to buying a car ?
thanks
The GLC sucks. No joke. Get an E class or even CLS for close to same price - you'll be much happier
>>1921799
If you're gonna wagecuck like that you gotta be realistic and realize that you wont be able to afford a new one for a long time.
Depending on your priorities in life you could get a second hand one after a couple of years of working, but do you really want to be spending that amount of money on a car when you could be saving up for a down payment on a house, or a nice stock portfolio?
>>1921804
But I'd like at least some offroad capability with an SUV as I want to leave the beaten path + /o/ told me the E class is pleb-tier
