I don't mean MMA will vanish, just people will recognise it for the part-boring, part-rigged; part-homosex therapy session that it truly is and it will go back to being a very very fringe entertainment event.

Pro wrestling will move further and further into the realm of high kino and fictionalised story telling. The concept of "it is fake" will be as irrelevant as asking whether an actor was crying real tears in that scene they just filmed.
