That's golden, that should be the newest meme
>the rock returns and brings casual fans back
>wrestling is relevant for the first time in 10 years
>cm punk drives them away with his cringeworthy summer of punk storyline that was a complete failure
>the casuals only come back to buy wm28 for rock and never show up again

She can be-- from certain angles. She's not "hot" or sexually attractive though for the most part.

The only real negative with them is that Nikki is probably better off with her old gimmick.
It's the best use of EY, Wolfe is great and has been needing a platform for a while and big Sawyer has always had potential.

I feel like i'm missing something here.

Who ultimately meant more for Pro wrestling?
>>1997894
How can you answer that now, dumbass?
Both did major irreversible damage to the company but I will have to go with Daniel Bryan who killed the WWE PPV as we know it
bryan was the most over wrestler since austin and the rock and i say this as a person who never cared for him whatsoever
Was this a shoot?
a shoot worked work
get a clue
Undercarder got worked into a shoot by based Brock
>>1997876
WWE got shouted at by UFC for that. They were trying to promote Taker vs. Brock a few years earlier and Dana got pissed that Vince didn't let him know it was going to happen.
Hogan was a draw. Macho Man was a draw. Austin was a draw. Rock was a draw. Undertaker was a draw. Edge was a draw. HHH was a draw. Bryan was a draw. Cena's a draw. Brock's a draw. AJ's a draw. Dean's a draw. Seth's a draw. Roman's a draw. Jericho's a draw. Owens is a draw. Sasha's a draw. Becky's a draw.
WWE is a company that draws in millions of dollars and thus all the individual people that make up that roster are, by logic, a draw.
And unless you're an accountant for the company, it's beyond stupid to care and even more stupid to argue about who was a bigger draw than who. Now please. Shut the fuck up.
>everybody in a drawing company is a draw
That is not how math works.

wrong
If people were turning the channel off, stopped going to the shows, or stopped buying PPVs during your run you obviously didn't do a good job. A wrestlers two main objectives is to draw the fans in then keep them as paying customers. If you didn't do this you failed as a top guy

Can someone still become a pro wrestler if they suffered from a stroke? What if the stroke didn't affect their appearance and they completely healed from it?
Ask Bret Hart
>>1997827
he retired before his stroke
>>1997762
I don't think they would medically clear the stroke sufferer
So the word is WWE is planning a match with Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte at Wrestlemania. It won't be an MMA match. So she will need to be trained to transition to pro wrestling.
My question is how would you train her to perform in the ring? What style would be most appropriate for her?
Personally, I would like to see her wrestle like a female Kurt Angle. Now before you jump on me my reasoning is this: Angle's basic approach to his matches was suplex after suplex until his opponent was so worn out he could lock in his submission, the ankle lock.
Well Ronda is a world champion in Judo. Becoming a Suplex machine would be very natural for a judo master. And I would also give her a Judo inspired finisher, the Uranage Suplex. Check it out.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4s_dYqMDIkw
I'd call it a Rowdy Rock Bottom, given her history with the Rock.
So in conclusion: female Kurt Angle, suplex machine, Rowdy Rock Bottom would be Angle Slam, Armbar would be her Ankle Lock. This style executed by Rousy would remind people of Angle's in-ring intensity which is what she already demonstrates in the Octogon.
nobody gives a shit about rousey anymore, although i'm not surprised wwe is late on trends. they still think p diddy and flo rida are big stars
>>1997701
Ronda isn't that much old news yet. She's still at the top of everyone's list when you ask who is the baddest woman on the planet.

Who was the Janetty, in terms of mainstream fame, and overall influence to wrestling, of these men.
Randy and it isn't close

Definitely Orton.
Who will get the manlet rub at Wrestlemania 40?
one of triple h's daughters
>>1997544
Chad Gable.
The buildup to Wrestlemania 30 was the most engaging television WWE has produced this decade. All because a kid with cancer got to book his favorites to win. Can't make this shit up.

So what you're saying is, you can directly thank Justin Roberts for WM30.

Daily reminder that the only time the Undercarder drew any dimes in his """career""" is when he was being carried by Edge.
Based Edge carrying Mark Dimesaway to his only Wrestlemania main event to get over a million buys

Edge was carried in his last match by Del Rio.
