I have felt a disturbance in the Force. Others have commented on this as well; there have been more than a few people lately talking about strange occurrences of a spiritual nature on various platforms.

With the obvious psychological benefits of meditation, even in a non-paranormal light, why is it not a widespread practice taught to modern-day children as they are raised?
