So, this ring came into my possession a few years ago and I have absolutely no clue where it came from, what it says, or the history behind it. I only know that the gem is poorly shined/polished labradorite with almost a film of green over the top of it. Any help with translations?

I've been trying to find some info about what it might be, but not finding much. There is no paved road access, and the dirt trails leading to it seem rarely used, judging by the satellite imagery. Planning on going back sometime soon with my brother, and possibly a local friend.

Any NC /x/philes living around this area, or familiar with it? Could be nothing more than a small bit of ruins, but I know the area along Crowders Creek (the creek that runs through the building) has been settled since the 1750s, and the peak that is directly behind me when looking at the ruins (Crowder's Mountain. Go figure) was used as the dividing line between Cherokee and Catawba hunting lands.

I know, not terribly spoopy or crazy, but I'm curious and don't want to go in blind, if at all possible.

Also, general NC thread. I'm wanting to put together a tour of my home state's spoopy places and could use some suggestions. Already been to Devil's Tramping Grounds, years ago. Spent the whole night drinking and smoking in the circle with some friends, and a couple locals that were there when we go there. Huge disappointment.

Well, I'm sure you are going to call me a larper but here I go. Some days ago I was waiting for my bus and there appeared a latina girl with so deep eyes. We entered the same bus and it was like no one noticed the girl but me, even she put the money and the driver didn't take it. She stared at me smiling and I was feeling strange as fuck. After reading through the website and becoming captivated with it last night, today I dedicated my soul to Satan as per the Joy of Satan's website.

Now, I'm very open-minded but doubtful about all of this, which I know isn't the best. I came to write this post because the paper that I put in the candle, even though the wicks went out, had still been burning for at least half an hour, very brightly, too. I looked on YouTube and saw paper only burns for 1-2 minutes, so what gives?

The weird part is that as I wrote that I was 'doubtful', I heard a crack and the glass bottom of the candle cracked, the flame grew a lot bigger and brighter, and then it went out.

What's going on, /x/?

Accoring to tradition and storys of skinwalkers, they are declared to have superhuman streinght and being able to use magic.

All summary say that Skinwalkers use black magic to kill people and dont use physical force.
How come they are able to rip animals in half but cant bust open doors and windows? Why would they sneak up on people just to blow magic dust at them to kill them?
Tradition also tells us that skinwalkers cant hurt you if you have a stronger will power than the Walker.

WHY THE FUCK DONT THEY USE THEIR SUPER HUMAN STRENGTH TO KILL HUMANS?
