Hey /x/, not sure where to post this, so I came here. I had a dream last night that heavily concerned me. I remember I was taking a vacation to some city in Mexico. Where ever this took place, it was at the top of a highrise building, and there was a bar, and a school(?) as well I believe. It was extremely late at night, and my friends and I were drinking. Somewhere along the way, I pissed off the cops, and I remember being in the vacant school, without my friends. I drew a large revolver from somewhere and I began to wait for police to come get me. I remember running around, shooting police officers who were attempting to stop me, and I felt general apathy toward my actions during the dream. I didn't enjoy it, but I wasn't appalled by it. I woke up feeling very sickened by thus dream. I am currently attempting to join the police, and I have great respect for everything they do, I have no violent tendencies or thoughts of homicide. Do any of you guys know what this might mean?

I was doing my typical meditational/spiritual exercises and wanted to end my day with a quick shamanic journey. I went through my entry point and came out in an ice cavern. I was trapped in there for 3 months and only recently broke free. If you do this, be very careful. I might've never made it back.

I'm theorizing a psychedelic computer
It's made up of four components:
1. audio input
2. Video input
3. Vocals inputs.
4. Subtitle inputs.
It's supposed to be a psychedelic tripping platform, which you hook up to your audio/video system.
It either loads from the cloud or have a big ass collection of songs, video samples, vocal samples and subtitle samples
All the inputs are randomized by the computer, which then feeds the randomly selected cocktail of song, video clips, vocals and subtitles.
It is intended to be able to mirror your trip by allowing the magic of synchronicity to alter the flow of the randomization.
What is your take on this theory, will something magic happen every time or will it just be nonsensical?
of course you have to be influenced by strong psychedelic substances in order for it to work

So /x/, I was lurking around in TVTropes and came around this concept:

Essentially it states that a superior/divine being in order to stay "above" everything and everyone else and in order to "sustain" his powers and his being needs to be constantly fed with "prayers", or attention.
This got me thinking, could it be that the concept of the gods that we know of, if they do exist, are based on this? When you pray to your god, doesn't matter your religion, you're acknowledging him. You're thinking of him as an effectively superior being, you're asking him for wishes, or advice. It's been a subject of research for quite some time now that the mind does hold some incredible quirks, and the concept of tulpas enforce this idea ever so slightly.
It is also common to say that "a person is dead only when he is forgotten by everyone", could this be the case? Say you were to get a person you want to make stronger, and have thousands if not millions praying to him at the same time, would it have an effect on him?

Hello /x/. I have a question about ghosts.
Long story short I think I have a ghost in my house for the past 10-12 years (I'm 22 now) and has been in most part benevolent in nature.

The DVD player was old as shit, and didn't have an auto off function, neither did the electricity die since the light didn't stop working
He (I think of him as a male entity) sometimes makes noise through the house, creaking, walking down stairs etc.
But in the past week or so, I seemed to have noticed that he is upset.
I just kinda feel it.
Wat do?

Hey guys, my girl and I are planning on going on a road trip across the country in about a month. We were hoping to get some help in putting together a list of spots to stop at. It's going from Washington State to West Virginia. Ideas so far are Dover Massachusetts, Loveland Ohio, Oregon Vortex, Phoenix Arizona, and more. I've had nosebleeds, headaches, acid reflux, fatigue and vertigo associated with performing spells. Also foggy headedness and episodes of confusion and depression.
The worst symptoms come with bloodwork but that's not really surprising.
