Hello /x/. I have a question about ghosts.
Long story short I think I have a ghost in my house for the past 10-12 years (I'm 22 now) and has been in most part benevolent in nature.

> The DVD was playing some stupid songs
> I sat down and said for no reason "I wish the DVD turned off "
> It did
The DVD player was old as shit, and didn't have an auto off function, neither did the electricity die since the light didn't stop working
He (I think of him as a male entity) sometimes makes noise through the house, creaking, walking down stairs etc.
But in the past week or so, I seemed to have noticed that he is upset.
I just kinda feel it.
Wat do?

if there is a ghost they must be able to hear you so just ask them what's wrong

If you have no knowledge of psychological or paranormal phenomena I would probably tell it to leave. You need to figure out how to do that yourself, but really try to get it to leave. Post back what happens next

Disembodied consciousness knows much more about the tools of the mind than us normal earthdwellers. Considering OP knows nothing about defending himself, or really has no knowledge in this scope whatsoever, I don't think opening up to an entity is a good idea.
