I've had nosebleeds, headaches, acid reflux, fatigue and vertigo associated with performing spells. Also foggy headedness and episodes of confusion and depression.
The worst symptoms come with bloodwork but that's not really surprising.
So witches and magic practitioners, what type of physical reactions do you guys get after spellwork?
Pic unrelated.
I am sickness, the bleeding beating heart which moves the world
like I don't know the proper term for this but recently, I've begun to notice that every time I do something that has magical consequences (either consciously done or inadvertent), I get this really strange feeling, almost like directly static-electricity-zapping my brain; my whole perception like idk vibrates/spins(?) and my limbs feel incredibly light.

I generally take enough precautions and do enough yoga so that reactions are minimal. Sometime vertigo, sometimes restlessness or excessive drowsiness.
It depends on what I'm working with. If elemental forces, any reactions I *do* have are generally of the nature of whatever element i'm working with. Same with planetary/solar work.
Wow I didn't know being gay hurts so much
