So, picture for a moment that the pokemon franchise dies. It's been running for a number of decades now, but no one cares about it anymore, the games aren't giving money, the anime either. Whatever you wanna say needs to happen in order for it to die, it happens.
As a result of the massive lost of interest, the few fans that remain for pokemon discussion just won't do, and it isn't what it used to be anyways; /vp/ barely has any activity. What happens to this board then? it gets erased? it stays forever even if no one uses it?
Also on the matter of the franchise dying, do you think the moment will come in our time? will gen 7 cause it? will it take more gens? do you even want for pokemon to end? I don't think gen 7 will kill it neither I want it to end, but /vp/ might have different opinions on this.

Out of all the Pokemon supporting characters, Hau and Lillie left the largest impression of unfinished business. I would like a Pokemon Colleseum-type RPG that would continue Hau & Lillie's stories.
We left Hau as he vowed to train harder with the goal of finding his father who had left Alola to escape Kahuna Hala's shadow. Lillie, in a much more compromised position, has traveled to Kanto hoping that Bill's genetic transfer tech can heal Lusamine's UB poisoning.
Would you like to see a Pokemon game starring Hau and Lillie? If so, what comes to mind?
For me, I imagine a detective-noir take on Kanto for Lillie's scenario as she searches for Bill while also learning the ins-and-outs of being a Pokemon trainer. For Hau, I envision it more as a battle-heavy linear experience culminating in taking on the Elite Four in the hopes of getting noticed by father.

Hell yeah, it'd be awesome if every legend/mythical got the Deoxys/Arceus/Giratina-O/Lugia/Ho-Oh treatment. I feel remixes are a bit of a copout, but when done right, leitmotifs can add even more hype (a la Primal Dialga).

Well, I think Ho-Oh and Lugia use the legendary birds theme in FRLG and Emerald, too.
It's not that I dislike unique themes but I was wondering if rearrangements of regular wild battle themes was a bad thing. I think they at least help in deemphasizing that the Pokémon are that much different just because they're legendary or mythical.
